Needed a quick coffee and some breakfast before leaving town this AM. They had many good latte options, a good black coffee, etc. A bunch of delicious breakfast sandwich options and baked goods. Everything we got was delicious. The girl working was very friendly and the vibes were good! Would definitely stop here again!

This is my first time ever writing a review but I feel as though it is needed. This coffee shop is absolutely amazing. The coffee is great but the staff is even better. I dropped my coffee outside and came back in for a new one. I was fully prepared to buy a new coffee again and I was completely fine with that. I walked in and was jokingly laughing saying "Oops dropped my coffee outside". and the workers inside were extremely kind and understanding so they gave me a free coffee and were helping me with napkins to clean up. Wonderful experience and the coffee was a 9/10 which is a plus! (I would give it a 10 but I'm lactose intolerant so I'm currently on the toilet writing this review lol.) The area is nice and the inside was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

About 12:45 I came here and it is lunch time, not so much of an issue I don’t really have anywhere to be. However when it came to ordering, I could tell there was some sort behind the scenes issues unfortunately, which as a food service manager myself (7 years), totally understand the pressures and frustration!
Any other normal customer would be like “What is going on here, what kind of service is this? I just want my food!” but I want to be completely honest and say, who cares what they think? It’s okay to have bad days, they don’t realize how hard it is to sustain all restaurant functions and regardless, the quality always comes out top tier!
I think the highlight of this visit was the girl-Lily? Absolutely impeccable service! I noticed she has good problem solving skills and she is very attentive to other guests, always asking questions and made sure to double check that the order is correct before serving and I see that she has very good situational management skills in the making and I am beyond impressed for her age!
The Caprese she served me was flavorful as always every time I come here, it’s an absolute staple and the Frozen Hot Chocolate is a knockout!
Overall, despite hiccups, I always want to come back and definitely recommend to friends!

One word: YUM!!!!!! Our sandwiches were soooo delicious. I had smoked salmon and my husband had a deli ham on a bagel. The sandwiches were so good we didn’t need any sauces. Thank you for an amazing place. We will definitely come back!! A+

I moved to Colorado and when I get a chance to be back I always make a stop to the place I love most in this city for coffee and a quick breakfast. I’ve been a customer for about three years now and it still is the place that makes you feel like home. They give you the best customer service a restaurant can provide and you have seating that makes you feel at home and jazz playing in the background. But wow, there is nothing like this at Colorado or anywhere else. You’ll have a unique experience you’ll only find here at jitters.
