Every single visit is a hit, and that’s because Amber, the owner, pours her heart into everything she does. She goes above and beyond every time and makes everyone feel genuinely welcomed. this place was AMAZING, the atmosphere and the vibes of this place were out of this world, they way they greet everyone and take care of their customers is 1 of 1 i would highly recommend this place for anybody in the area who would like to grab a quick coffee or bite to eat.

It was ok, the guy at the counter recommended strawberry in my drink and I foolishly took his advice. We ordered buckets for the v-day special, they were sticky and the lids dont stay on. The breakfast sandwiches we ordered were good but cold in the center. A little extra care in preparation of our order could have gone a long way. The decor, tho some may see as trendy and cozy seemed dingy, dirty, and worn out. Gave a thrift store vibe, imo. If thats your thing, great. Its not mine. $57 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches that were majorly underwhelming. The guy at the front was trying to be helpful, and had a great attitude, I was thankful for that so I gave 4 instead of 3 like I intended to...

Jitters is amazing. They have a wide variety of coffees, teas and more. They also serve sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and salads. The store itself has a great atmosphere, art work on the walls, games available to play. They serve gluten-free & alternate milk for those who are intolerant or have a preference. I was able to get one of the special Bears drink buckets. They hold special events so check their Facebook page often. The owners were so nice. Jitters is a place for good food, coffee & fun.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bear down! 🐻⬇️ This coffee shop was the perfect stop during a huge playoff weekend in Chicago! The energy in here was unreal — full of Bears fans, good vibes, and even better coffee. The drinks were on point, strong enough to keep us hyped for game day, and the staff was absolutely awesome keeping up with the rush. Even with the crowds, service was fast and friendly. Great atmosphere, great coffee, and the best way to fuel up before kickoff. If you’re in the city on game day, this is a must-stop spot. Chicago pride all the way!

The food? Immaculate. The drink menu? LONG. The quality of drinks and food? Dare I say the best. The service? Makes me feel like Ive known them all my life with how welcoming they are. Any questions you have on the menu, they will answer. After my first time there I had to go 3 more times that same week. I would’ve gone more if they were open on the weekends! The first time I had it I thought “where has this been all my life?” I couldn’t help but tell all my family about it and they all love it as well! They tend to sell out so get there early! It just shows how delicious their food is!
