I dont think they use beef hot dogs and their cheese sauce is literally just nasty nacho cheese that cost $1.50! Def will not be going back. And the fries arent even good either.

Firstly, This restaurant is more like a 3.5⭐ star. It's a very simple, clean, throwback looking place that's been there forever with a very streamlined menu consisting of hot dogs, Polishes and Italian beefs. The service is friendly and efficient and the food is very reasonably priced. There's a couple stand and eat tables right outside with no dining inside.
I was disappointed with my experience at Joes. They offer one variety of hot dog and one variety of bun served up with 10 different topping combinations. I had expected a much greater variety of choices. Also, my hot dog was served in a cheap paper plate with additional condiments available in individual plastic packets. This made the experience feel more like eating at a roadside stand rather than a restaurant.

Went to this place over 20 years, use to walk in and immediately get asked if I wanted fries or onion rings to drop them fresh. Once the owner changed and this stopped I knew the quality dropped. Hasn’t been the same since!
