Juliet's Tavern is a terrific place for dinner. It is quiet, comfortable, the food is very good and the staff is phenomenal. My wife and I have eaten there several times and it never fails to impress.

The vintage bar and dining area is a very nice look. The beet salad was great. My wife's chicken and artichoke was very good. I ordered the rigatoni al vodka which was a mistake. The noodles were prepared well in advance of the meal and rewarmed which made them overcooked and they fell apart. The presentation was horrible and the sauce was heavily peppered. We do look forward to returning. It is a very cool place.

Some of the worst food I have had was n a reservation on open table. Scallops were chewy. Chicken had no taste. No wonder there were so many open tables on a Friday night.

We were here on a Tuesday night. Our bartender fixed amazing martinis, which were on special for $8. The waitress was sweet and helpful. Our meals were perfect and came out fast. I ordered Scollops and they were fixed to perfection. My friend had beef tenderloin and she remarked how good it was. This was my first time here and will definitely return.

Quite noisy in bar, as those were the only tables available. Ribeye sandwich was ok, too much bun.

Love that this restaurant group has so many choices right around the Rialto theater. Really good meal, everything prepared as asked, including any special requests. Server was attentive but not overly intrusive which is nice for conversation flow. Looking forward to trying some of their other places now on future return for Rialto shows or Slammers games.

I had the honey burbon salmon which was perfect my husband had surf and turf. The side salad is huge.

This was my 2nd time eating at Juliet's. It is just fantastic. The food is great and we love the ambience. I only wish I lived closer. We'd go all the time!

I brought my mom here for her birthday dinner before our show at the Rialto theater. We are not from the Joliet area and I was looking for a nice place that offered pescatarian options (vegetarian that eats seafood). A few minutes after we were seated, my mom had a dizzy spell and the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. They swiftly brought her crackers and offered to do anything they could to help. Luckily the spell passed quickly and she was able to enjoy her delicious birthday meal. We ordered the brussels and the parmesan bruschetta to start, both delicious and we are still talking about those sprouts! We both had the salmon and smashed potatoes, both cooked perfectly and the smashed potatoes were addictive. We started with cocktails and ended with the baklava cheesecake, all excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, from our sweet attentive waitress to the beautiful atmosphere of the tastefully decorated historic building, the meal, drinks and dessert...all perfect! Thank you Juliet's for a wonderful meal. We will see you again!

The atmosphere was all charm, with a true 19th century vibe, exposed brick, dark timber and black and white tiles. The low-key Halloween decorations also brought me such joy. Loved our server. Tried oysters for the first time -- slimy and delicious

Parking: There's some paid street parking or, if you can find it and the limited spaces aren't filled up, there's a small free lot tucked behind the building off an alley.

Great restaurant in downtown Joliet, located in a historical building. They have a var side with sports going and a more quiet dining room side. Outstanding food and great service! Shae is the best! Highly recommend.
