Food was excellent! Service was great! But I did give it a 3 star because while eating our dessert we were told by management that we had about 15 minutes until the next reservation came in. We were rushed out!

We found this place visiting town for our son's basketball game. Was very impressed. Love the atmosphere, food and service were great and the Old Fashion was exceptional. If we are in this area again would definitely visit again.

We had sitting in the bar area which was partly on a ledge which was higher than the floor.The floor and the ledge were the same light color of wood which made it more difficult to see the different heights. I got up to use the restroom and by my second step, I fell about 8" onto the wood floor below. I did break a rib in my back. We went to the hospital and had a x-ray and cat scan and I broke my 12th rib in my back. Anyway after this happened, the management offered us a free dessert or 20% off our meal. They NEVER came to our table to talk to us which we felt was very poor service. We ate our salad before I fell, but not our meal. Mary Verdi

Our food was very good the restaurant pretty loud. I did not realize that so many children would be there after an afternoon Rialto show of course this is not the restaurant fault

Sat at a table for a while, asked who our server was, no one knew. An assistant manager came over and took our order. We did tell her that we were going to the Rialto for a 730pm concert. She told us no problem. Appetizer was good, ordered our food at 6:15p and at 7p still nothing. We were told they were plating it and then 10min later nothing. She came back and stated that someone in the kitchen walked out (quit) so we could not get served.
Tables that came in after us were served! They actually charged us for our drinks and appetizers.

We had a great experience at Juliet's! We made a reservation and our table was ready when we walked in. We had concert tickets at the Rialto that night, and we were able to fully enjoy our dinner experience prior to the show with plenty of time to spare. Our waiter was also friendly and attentive.

Loved the mocktail: staycation and Key Lime martini. Tavern burger and Parmesane garlic fries were awesome! Bartender was amazingly friendly and cheerful.

This was a pleasant surprise that someone recommended to my wife. I wouldn’t call it cheap, but I found this to be a very good value for the quality! Sides were large portions. Steak was cooked perfectly and larger than comparable restaurants for price. Wife and I split loaded wedge and it was very large for price and high quality. They forgot to give us appetizer and gave us free dessert to make up for. They are putting out new menu soon hopefully the prices don’t go way up. I will say parking wasn’t easy or plentiful on weekend.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Even though I live in Lockport, I don't mind the 15 minute drive to Juliette's. It is always worth it.

Everything about this place was a little odd except the food, which was delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides great. Music was very loud and odd choices. Yes, top hits of the 2010s is an easy choice, but didn’t go with the atmosphere of the upscale restaurant. Also played so loudly my guest and I had to yell over the table to talk to one another, in an empty restaurant, wasn’t the best. I would go back for the steak salad easily.
