Edit... 8:25 missing both of my fries for both of my famous meal combos and then went inside to get my fries the cooks argued that they gave it to me in a box and I ended up only getting one of my fries

Stopped by this KFC on 10-25-25 around 5:30pm after hearing honey bbq was back. We ordered honey bbq wing dinners to dine inside and additional chicken to take home. The staff was great. Very polite from taking our order, answering questions and upon leaving. We were satisfied with our experience and the team.

Ridiculous! This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to and I’m from Chicago. The lot was so full with customers waiting on their orders after ordering from drive through. Once we got our orders they were all wrong. Most of us ended up having to go inside where there was chaos also. The lady taking orders acted as if she was intoxicated and didn’t seem to remember what people ordered. This is an embarrassment! And to top it off, the survey links that are listed at the bottom of the customers receipt don’t even work. So KFC isn’t serious about who they employ nor are they serious about customer service.

The store closes at 10:30 it is currently 8 pm and they said they can't make more chicken. They only have 3 pieces left of chicken.
Great chicken, but i don't like to wait for my chicken to be done , when it should be done and ready to go when it is a chicken place!

Tried to give this place one more chance. 3 pc dark took longer here than a 20pc at babas from down the street…and yes they had chicken ready. I was inside. 2 people talking to a person up front instead of getting orders out. This is 4:56pm on 2/8/2025. Service doesn’t have to be this bad!

Shout out to Dimond got us in fast. Excellent fresh food never been in and out of there that fast. I’d say this is the best crew. I’ve seen there in the last 10 years. Keep up the good work.

They served our food so long and we ordered only original recipe?? This is outrageous. Never dine-in nor order original recipe from this location. Just laughable at this point. 30+ minute wait for the ORIGINAL recipe. And there's barely even anyone dining in at all.
