Yummy and unique! Pupusas are comforting. Could use a little more meat and wrap them a different way so they don't get wet from condensation. Try it!!!

I just find out about this restaurant 1 month ago and I am very satisfied with the service and mostly for its delicious food! Very good family ambiance! I can't believe I have been living in Romeoville since 2014 and I drive 1 or more hours to find Honduran food. Highly recommend.

I'm visiting Illinois, I searched Google for typical Salvadoran food, I found this restaurant, I saw good reviews and I saw the dishes were very delicious, I ordered and it's not what I know Look ??♀️ …..maybe because I live in another state I thought about the price The pupusas are expensive but I said maybe they are delicious??♀️ I didn't care and I placed an order and the only thing I liked were the sauces!! The horrible Pastelitos only taste like onion, the shot is worse, the taste of the tortilla felt sweet, the beans seem to me to be from a can because the flavor is not the same as those typically used in pupusas and they were more dough than another thing! I really don't recommend it! 0⭐️ I'm going to upload the photos so you can see that the pupusas were more dough than filling…. ..to all those who have left good reviews, I would like you to visit the pupuserias in Maryland, those are pupusas!!! I don't like leaving a bad review because we have to support each other but it seems unfair to me that I pay almost $70 for lunch to not eat well!?

Food it's not that bad, but they literally take forever. I waited for 30min and the place was almost empty. So if you're in a hurry, this is not for you. Not worth the wait tbh. And the service was not good either. I kept asking how long, and they kept saying soon soon. Thay have a kid packing and one hands asks permission to the other to move
