Long time since I have been to Neena's; so sorry to hear of Lupe's passing. I can tell you that the food was as great as it was 10 years ago and would recommend this place for real authentic southern Mexico tacos they are truly the best on the south side of Chicago.
Parking: I haven't been there in at least 10 years, since that time they have redone their parking lot and made it way more accommodating for patrons to park. There is still street parking also that does not have meters.
