I was planning on bringing two pizzas to a party tonight! So I was like okay, I'll call ahead of time... I've called literally seven times between 3pm and 7pm, the phone rang for 12 minutes at one point. I come in and they tell me it's a 45 minute wait.
I understand places get busy, but working at a pizza place myself, I think this is unacceptable. It's not okay to just ignore phones. VERY unhappy with this.
Excellent place to buy pizza and it's delicious for a fair price :)
