After living in Louisiana for a few years, you know I had to try Louisiana bbq in Joliet. Illinois.
Like many places in the South, when they run out, they're out. There was no pork available and no chicken wings available (I got there at 3:30pm) so we had the brisket and turkey tips. I would try it again only to do the whole menu if I could. It was very good but there isn't any pickles or coleslaw and no muffins or cornbread which I was saddened by....

So lucky to have found this carry-out restaurant, we could smell the smokey goodness before we even arrived!! The owners are the best example of kindness and have such a passion for their craft. I am so glad that we had the pleasure of meeting you! We had the tips and link meal and Oh My Goodness!!! Everything was delicious!!! Now we just need to get there earlier next time so we can try the brisket and pulled pork!!! Thank you again!!! ?????
