Great Place but the back side of the restaurant definitely needs a taking a look at the venting because it is so cold over there all the time and even if they try n turn it down doesn't even work. Once they get that fixed would be more comfortable.

I have always liked to go there but until today I had a very bad experience giving me an order that was not, I called them to tell them that it is not what I ordered and they told me that I have to go return it and pay for another order. They will only give me a discount when the fault It's the one I take the order from ?
I’m usually never one to broadcast my bad experiences but Louie’s Waffle House you are TERRIBLE for the way you handled me and my family today!! My sister had hair, not one, not two, but MULTIPLE pieces of hair mixed into the cheese in her skillet. When we asked for a manager to the table he told us that he’s busy with Togo orders and can’t come to us at the moment. We sat for another 40 minutes and the manager still hadn’t come talked to us, instead on the way out the manager Michael told us to talk to him as he was on the line preparing food. My brother told him he doesn’t want to talk to him over food, he wants him to step to the side. The manager refused and became combative which of course started an argument. My brother constantly told him there’s hair in the food and it’s terrible service for you as a manager to not come rectify this situation. The manager began raising his voice which caused my brother to raise his voice, drawing attention from the whole restaurant. My mom attempted to intervene to just tell the manager that they want to speak about the hair in the food, instead the manager told us to “pay and get out”. After minutes of arguing the second manager Nick came out to attempt to calm everyone down but still refused to acknowledge the issue at hand, only tried to tell us to quiet down and that we could come talk about it another day. At no point did either manager or members of the staff (other than our waitress, she helped as much as possible) tend to the fact that we had hair in our food. My family and I have been going to Louis’ since their father owned the place on Jefferson St. and have NEVER experienced service the way we have today. The way they treated us today was UNACCEPTABLE! Whoever got cheese in their meal today fingers crossed you didn’t eat somebody’s hairs??
