The truth is, I will never return to that bakery, they are very arrogant, rude, the cashiers seem to be giving you things for free, and on top of that they charge you more, poor business with those people is going straight to failure. I do not recommend this place, the woman who works there is not suitable for serving customers.

Bad service, the woman unfortunately had an attitude and tamales were dry and tasteless. They said they were fresh and made the day of but you can easily tell they were dry and a few days old. Sad that they sell old food like this and lie about when it was cooked.

Horrible attention, stop when someone goes to ask for a gift, they should check their employees, they make one's day miserable.

Really bad customer service. Lady had an attitude she was not being helpful at all. I would never go or call this bakery again.

Each year on my daughter’s birthday, I order a Tres Leches cake with a picture of her choice on top. It’s our annual tradition. They do a beautiful job with both the picture and the cake! It’s our favorite!

Lupita Joliet Bakery got me on the first visit. You can smell the authenticity from outside. Every single bread I bought was fresh and had me reverting to my childhood. It tasted so good, I can't wait to have more tomorrow with my morning coffee. Don't pass on this. Skip the donuts this time and get these instead. The shopkeepers will help you if you've never been to a panaderia bakery. Will definitely be coming back many more times.

The women who have working in this place do not know good manners, attention and customer friendliness. To name one, Elena starts working in the back and gets quite upset when you ring the bell, she throws the bread into the bag carelessly and the bread arrives all beaten up. They do not have the character or professionalism to serve the customer. The bread does not have prices and they never want to give you a receipt without you asking. With staff like this they make a lot of customers run away, including me, so I don't recommend this place. The owner forgets that thanks to the clientele he is still open!
