I had 4 seven year old's in my car. I went to McDonald's Cass St Joliet IL Store# 2733 drive thru. I spent $40.00. Got home with food for only 3 our of 4 children. Called to complain and was hung up on twice. I would up calling Corporate as Cass Street is a Corporate owned facility. How can people treat you like that. It broke the kids heart. The kids had to share their food with the one who didn't have.

i ordered this meal at 2:07 am. i waited multiple hours when it said on the app and on google maps the mcdonald’s i ordered from was open. at 4am i decided to call and they said the mcdonald’s was closed. i have not received a refund yet.

The app is very bad, it says it is open at 4 am but if you order it will never arrive, they will only wait for the time to cancel the order and if you cancel it you lose money.
