I've been coming here for about 3 years now I've always experienced great people here and usually have help when something is missing I'm shocked to see a the amount of complaints in the reviews! Drive through for me is pretty fast and the employees are always nice to me and my family especially if i bring my dog along through the drive thru they give out treats sometimes, always appreciated!!! Keep up the good work dont let the bad comments bring you down!!!

We were in at night and they served other people instead of us eventhough we were here first. Then our food and drinks finally came out. We ordered tea, we were served with dirty water. Our hamburgers and fries were salty and cold. The manager excused herself because of limited staff. But everyone after us had big orders and they where taken care of. Then when we were ready for dessert, two people were given ice cream cones. But when I came up she said the machine all of a sudden blocked it self. I feel discriminated. Wendy was the manager on duty. It was on a Wednesday 11-26-25.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. The line literally does not move for several minutes at a time. All McDonald’s get busy but staff should be able to get the line moving. Whoever is managing this location is not doing a good job.

I am really starting to hate this McDonald’s location. I ordered thru the McDonald’s app and got my food delivered. I ordered a Big Mac meal and I pay 49 cent extra to get Mac sauce all over it and where was the Mac sauce no where to be found. This is the 2nd time this has happened and they wanted me to give them feedback but their feedback website was down. What a shocker

Been coming here for years and it’s always been a busy location with prompt service, but in recent times this past year, the service has gone incredibly downhill.
Slow, extremely long wait times, even forgetting to make orders.
Accuracy could be better as well.
Too many kids horse playing and being obnoxious instead of doing their jobs, being attentive and getting food out fast.
Theres also a strong lack of customer service skills with rude attitudes.
Sad, truly.

Every time I come to this location or order delivery. They ALWAYS get it incorrect. I just ordered from this location, for delivery and I got a whole different sandwich, fries were the only thing that was good. Chicken nuggets cold and hard. I had to throw it all away. Then I called FOUR times. No answer. THROW THE WHOLE LOCATION AWAY. I’d drive farther just so I don’t have to deal with this location. Rude service, wrong, cold food. How does this location stay open?

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 yrs usually I don’t make a big deal when they miss items in my bag I understand it’s busy there! But today was a really disappointing experience I asked the girl on the second window for syrup first thing she did was rolled her eyes at me like li was a bother and said it’s $.70 cents , i replied doesn’t it come with the pancakes , she said no and made a big deal told everyone I could literally hear and see them hold up the line for .$.70 I never refuse to pay it was more of the Attitude she had ! I know it’s fact food restaurant but employees should be train in customer service . Won’t be coming here again

I placed a mobile order. It was 2 hot and spicy McChicken's NO LETTUCE extra mayo, one MEDIUM fry, a dr pepper NO ICE, and a diet. Get to the window. They hand us our drinks which BOTH have ice, I did get my right drink after, then they hand us the bag. There was a small fry, which did get fixed. Both McChicken's had the sticker on them saying what we wanted so we didn't think to literally open them up to check. We get home and both have lettuce and barely any mayo. To add on to all of that I called numerous times and nothing. How can you be so ignorant. McDonald's is NOT above answering their phone. So I got a completely messed up order and nothing to be done about it.
