2 days prior to this experience I had come through the drive thru to order 3 grince meals. All of them special requests. I received my order and drove all the way to be disappointed when I opened my food on 2 of them to see they got it wrong. I had to take time out of my day to look up the number and call. Initially when I called, I asked to speak to the manager and when I explained to her the situation she was unapologetic and flat out no consern that almost my 46.00 order was wrong and when I said I wanted a replacement for the food they got wrong she was more worried about the fact she thought I was trying to get more socks, when I clearly was asking for the food replacement and being that it was your mistake I don’t think replacement of the actual meals for the inconvenience should have been made a big deal.
Fast forward to today, I came to the store for my replacements. Not only did I have to wait until they figured out my everything, they gave me the wrong food again. I clearly asked for no onion on one of them and again they got it wrong. When I told one of the managers (she was blonde no name tag) she was rude and said you just had to tell me what was wrong. Being that it was THERE second time messing up the order and I’m an upset customer she was very rude and should not be in customer service. This location always had issues. I pass by here in the morning on my way to work at 4am and they are never open or they are having computer issues. There is always an issue. I am very disappointed in this location. They need retraining in customer service. I will also be contacting customer service.

This McDonald's always give the food wrong Like y'all don't know how to read what the customer wants y'all.That's then you knew people in there that do a better job than what they doing when to McDonald 3 times in the 3 times they have my order wrong.This is ridiculous

So this McDonald's is great bcuz it has truck parking. Not meant for overnight. Does hv tow signs posted. Park at ur own risk. I was told that they use to allow paid parking but to many nasty drivers left their piss and trash. I stayed overnight but slept with 1 eye open. Lol. Has about 10 spots. 24 hour McDonald's

Unfortunately the only 24/7 McDonald’s in the area. It gets flooded with people next thing you know you’re waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru.

Absolutely incredibly rude. I ordered 2 of multiple items off the breakfast menu.
There was a miscommunication on the 2 shakes I ordered, which is understandable. First, they wanted me to drive all the way around and wait in the line again for a single item. I refused, then they wanted me to pull off to the side which I refused. Following that Haley K was rude, gave me back my card and slammed the window in my face. I will be calling corporate.

I'm not quite sure how difficult it is to make a McDouble only mayonnaise ketchup and mustard. Remade it twice and still made it wrong both times. It may be beneficial to you as well as your customers to actually hire people that can read and speak English. When your manager has to repeat the order twice in Spanish and this person still can't make it properly, it's time to start hiring new people. And now all of a sudden you won't allow people to get large glasses of water either.. Go to any other McDonald's in Joliet and you'll will get better service, better food and friendlier people.

Avoid this place at all costs. Went to get breakfast and they were busy so we were patient, they forgot 1 hash brown so my wife went inside where no one was at the counter helping any customers. When my wife asked for help she was responded with eye rolls and being swore at in spanish. Terrible customer service. Just make breakfast at home or go to dunkin

Ordered through doordash, for no sauce for my nuggets, and my burger had bacon on it that I didn't order. This is the second time this location has messed up my food.

Very good food but the bathroom needs some parts. See pictures. Can't open the door without getting dirty again.
Also this location doesn't have the fountain drinks so you can't top it off 😞

Typical fast food. Service is OKAY! Just wish they had English speaking employees! Placed an order, and they had to redo it twice because they didn't know what I was saying.
Double quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup only is pretty simple! They couldn't get it right, twice!
