I was there a couple of days ago and dine in in the lobby I still notice that there were flies 4-5 of them I was not happy that they were flying by my face and on my fries that I had to put them back inside the bag I took pictures I did told the lady they’re supposedly was in charge and the only thing she told me Oh there’s nothing that we could do. What do you wanna replace of your food and I told her no you think is that?!! It’s disgusting because I don’t know if there’s flies where they’re preparing the food do something about it because I have been here before and there was flies. I had to throw away my food and call customer service to complain about it while waiting on the parking lot I noticed that she was cleaning all the tables all late about it. And I was the only one inside the lobby that day so people that don’t go inside. You have pictures now.

Unhappy about all the monopoly hooplah and there never being pieces on cups good wrappers or anything McDonald's knows it's consistency of customers and should have made sure this wasn't an issue but every one of them have no pieces

The manager Juan stopped me in the lobby one day after getting a refill for my soda, i had ordered in the drive thru and ate in the lot, because i dont like going inside to eat there. Anyway, he claims that isn't allowed, which ive never been told before. I didn't say anything about it, not a big deal, and having previously worked here, i think I understand that they're just penny pinching, what else is new. Juan might want to reevaluate where his priorities are when it comes to the customers he's serving.

I got my food from drive through and I got my receipt to get a free sandwich via website I needed the numbers on the receipt so I can get it and go inside to receive it but the lady was saying I needed to buy a whole new order to get something free, I was explaining it to her over and over saying that I needed the receipt for the numbers for to get something free because I already paid so I could get my free item because I already paid but apparently I couldn’t get my free item because “that’s not how it works to me”

The worker was deep cleaning the chairs in the dining room! They love their guests and hope that they get the things they order. Super nice McDonald's and I have been to it a lot. Highly recommend.
