Employees should care about what kind of food leaves that kitchen. Unfortunately hard buns was not what I ordered with my food. 3 burgers and all with hard buns. Shouldn’t matter what time we go through the drive thru, you should always give them decent food. We pay a lot of money for the food and get shitty food. Gives me no choice to go to other restaurants. If they are concerned with leaving early, than close earlier. If it says midnight closing, shouldn’t mean 1150, let’s give them leftover hard n old food. Very bad for business.

I only eat at McDonald’s once a year for McRib. Have moved away from processed mass-produced fast food except for this one seasonal throwback experience.
Surprised to have a great experience with a very clean store, extremely friendly staff and fresh hot sandwich that was the first one for lunch that day fries were great. Very attentive service staff.

Terrible service. I ordered a caramel frappe with caramel drizzle and no whipped cream. They handed me a frappe that was leaking all over the place and the cup was sticky. I brought back the drink because I felt disgusted and because it didn’t have caramel drizzle. The “manager” which I couldn’t tell she wasn’t a manager due to her wearing outside clothing rather than the manager uniform. The manager lied and said the frappe doesn’t come with caramel drizzle if no whipped cream was requested. I told her to give me my money back and instead of just simply refunding me she wanted to argue. Terrible staff I regret going to this location.

Service is very bad, I told someone that the machine didn't print the receipt, they completely ignored me, I waited a while, I asked again they gave me attitude. And I always ask nicely, I'm not rude. After we finished our smoothies, my grandkids kids wanted a happy meal, not because he was hungry, but he wanted the bucket I guess for Halloween, I asked what was I side, I got ignored again, and I said to my grand son, is bad service here lest go someplace else, a woman worker heard what I said, didn't say anything and went and sat down and eat her food. I like the playground for my grand kids, I just wish you had better service.
