Ordered the bts happy meal . I told the lady I wanted the bts happy meal as I am a collector. She messes up my order and gave me mario Kart . I tried explaining i only ordered the mean for the toy and she gave me the wrong one but she didn no want to exchange. I also seen cockroaches running around the dining area and the kid play area

Most McDonald’s locations have lost all soul and liveliness. This one has been renovated but still has some charm and even still has a PlayPlace. The service was good here and it was actually enjoyable to hang out inside. Wish they all had this vibe. It was a great experience at this one.

I’ve visited this location 3 times in the last couple weeks, and I always order a fresh, plain fish sandwich (no cheese, no tartar sauce.)
This morning, I ordered “fresh” sandwich, the breading was “moist”, some of the sandwich looked undone, it didn’t taste fresh, the fish was kind of chewy, AND the food came out in immediately (so they hadn’t just dropped the fish or made it fresh, per my request.)
When a customer orders “fresh,” they’re ordering it that way for a reason. Fast food, and fish sandwiches, in particular, do NOT taste good if it’s not fresh, or made to order. I threw away more than half the sandwich because it didn’t taste good. I had to try and eat the edges in hopes of finding “crispy” parts and not the soft / soggy parts. This was too much thought and effort to eat a sandwich.
It would’ve been too much of a hassle, especially with the morning / lunch time traffic, to turn around for a $6 + refund, etc. I won’t return, but please, if a customer asks, and pays, for food to be a certain way, please do so so that customer returns and be / remain a loyal customer.

The drive thru Hispanic young guy in the mornings is really kind. I feel like a lot of people always leave bad reviews when they have a bad experience but not when it’s a good one. So I appreciate the guys positive attitude in the morning!

This mcdonalds is absolutely terrible with getting orders correct. I just went thru the drive thru and they forgot half my order. Again. Im not going here anymore. These people want more than minimum wage and they can't even do minimum work correctly. No thanks.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese one with no onions. That is not what we got at all. Tried to call and all we get is a busy dial tone. We always have issues at this location and will never go there again. If you ever go here check your order before you leave.
Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese MC griddles. They forgot the egg and cheese on both! Come on McDonald's. Do better!!

According to google maps they close at 12am, it was 11:20pm and they said “we’re closing now” and wouldn’t take my order. Not the first time, service sucks at this location. The young girl at the drive thru window has a bad attitude, if she doesn’t like her job she should find something else

My mother had breakfast, dining in, for the first time in many years. Honestly it was so pleasant and the girl handing us our food was so nice and made sure we had everything. The food was really good and tasted better than I remembered.
