Edit: Chris and his crew always bring a great vibe every time I go get my pizza from my favorite local pizza spot and has been since day one of opening. This location is always on point. Delicious pizza always on point just like a Chicago style pizza the customer service is always great, plus the prices are very affordable for quality pie.

There are too many pizza places around town to order from that a person would have to put up with the lack of customer service received at Michael's. Sarah made it very clear that she was the manager and her father owned the store, so this apparently permits her to treat customers however she feels. The food is nothing special that would ever bring my family back to Michael's. And for the amount of money we spent, could you hold the attitude until I walk out the door at least? Try reading the menu as if you are a customer that has never been to the restaurant before, then you might understand when a person has a question. And focus on the customer in front of you versus people in the lobby. Looking back at the reviews of Michael's, I can't wait to see the response to my review. Past responses to any criticism of Michael's is met with defensiveness and denial. So apparently a mistake has never before been made at this restaurant, and employees are always at their very best?!

We LOVE Michael's and have been ordering for years! Quality and consistency have remained the same. One friendly young lady named Kayla is always so pleasant both on the phone and in person. Such a breath of fresh air after dealing with terrible customer service at other establishments.The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious and I'm greeted with a smile, can't ask for more! Si for my boys birthday we order the family size pizza sausages and 4 fries and 6 cheese sticks my boys. Said that they were cold and not cook very oily they are throwing up right know well done Michaels.. one think I have to say is that what I saw while I was waiting for my order There was one girl in the back by the microwave and french fries and what I saw that she did with the french fries and that cheese sticks. I don’t think it was sanitize. She ripped the bag with her Bare hands, no gloves and putting the french fries that cheese sticks and anything that needed to be fried without gloves I don’t believe that is sanitize I’ve been coming to this facility for over five years and the fact that I got to see that because my husband is the one that always picks up Ladies, if we do not like our job, we should not be working on it because as guest we come to get a good service and cleaning your hands on the side of your clothes without gloves, it is not sanitize so please ladies wear gloves we do not want to get sick And try to cook your food right not the microwave I am so disappointed

Never disappoints. Superb! Honestly the pizza is consistent and customer service is always good. I normally don't eat boneless wings, only bone in, but theirs is actually good. I also had an assortment of sauces, so that was nice. Chef's kiss. Give them a try!

The food is OK. I was underwhelmed,to say the least. The prices are fair,but I was expecting something with a little more Italian spice. I don't know if I'll come back. Had the pizza pockets,with sausage. Needs more sauce for sure. Cheese is good, just needs a little more of that too.
