Tried this place a couple times. First time they didn't sell the Italian beef after 10 on a weekend cause they dumped the juice and today got the Monday special. Called at 6:31 for pick up and got there around 6:45 and didn't leave until 6:59. 20 minutes for an Italian beef? And teen girl didn't wear gloves while holding my bread with a box of gloves right next to her.

I tried for 1st time ,got an individual taco pizza. Like a personal pan pizza. It was actually very good. I would try again. Fast and convenient. They have an app where you can place an order and offer coupons on the website.

You guys have got to be kidding. Whoever made this pizza pocket wasn't even trying. If you look up our account I'm sure you'll notice we don't order as often as we used to and it's for this exact reason. The quality and consistency is all over the place. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's crap. This has got to be the worst we've ever received. There's nothing on it! We've tried giving Michael's another chance after another chance over and over but for the last year or so it has just been like throwing a dart in the dark. You never know what's going to turn up. We're done ordering from here. I even tried emailing the comments email address listed on Facebook and it came back as undeliverable. Posted pics in the comments.

The young man working the counter had no sense of direction. The manager kept insisting he do something besides stand there. He finally asked me for my order info and was completely lost. The manager was extremely helpful and even made my day by appreciating my patient and awarded me a 2 liter soda.
