Milano Bakery absolutely saved the day! I had an engagement party coming up and needed 24 plain white cupcakes. After trying Costco, Walmart, Sam’s, and Jewel, none of them could take an order even 1–2 days before the event. Milano not only said yes, but they custom made them for me the same day of the event! Their staff was kind, helpful, and made the whole process stress free. I’ll definitely be coming back for future events! 💕 THANK YOU!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a a cake for my birthday and they spelled My name wrong on the cake. We didn’t realize my name was spelled wrong to the day of my birthday because my grandfather picked up the cake.
So I called them days later and the lady on the phone had an Attitude the whole time. She told me that she was busy in person at the store and had to call me back. I never received a call back. I will not be ordering another cake from here.

Truly disappointed. Cake order was not ready when I arrived, flowers were barely visible, they told me on the phone 25 I got there and it was double the price.

I am normally a huge fan. The cakes and bakery they normally post are beautiful and over the top! However when I received my son’s birthday cake for June 1 it was disappointing. The cake was supposed to be race car themed. We got a black cake and some marks to look like a road 😭. I added all the cars stuff.

So... my son and I go pick up our order of CREME PUFFS. He has never had REAL creme puffs. We get them and get into my truck. I let him have ONE. When we got home, the container was empty !? I said..SON!? I DIDNT GET ANY!? He said... No dad, I saved you ONE , because I love you. With a smile he gave it to me. He said... Those were so good! It was all i could do to not eat them all! ... making memories...
