I went to this kiosk little cookie place and I usually love it. Me and my friend both were there wanting to snack on some cookies, while our teens were out shopping. There was a tallish blonde girl named Sarah who refused to put in our correct order, she swore at us, UNPROVOKED, and then ended up giving us the wrong thing anyways. We literally did not do anything except order, POLITELY, but she shot us dirty looks literally as soon as we walked up. Will not be ordering there again, until she is no longer there. I would give this 0/5 stars if I could, simply because of her. Sarah does not deserve that position, nor should she be interacting with customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

First off, let me say how incredibly delicious the cookies were! Me and my wife Diane absolutely loved it. Definitely well worth the price. Some of the best service we've had at the mall from the young blonde lady. She had a smile the whole time and was genuinely happy to help. We love the new management and hope they stick around

New owners. Rude to there customers that they gave RAW , UNDERCOOKED cookies to. Id advise to visit a different Mrs. Fields location where they know what they are doing and are not rude , nasty , people.

I love this place. I recently place a cake order and the manager Megan took it so sweetly and the decoration was AMAZING. I plan on going back again and again because of her! Thank you sweetie! If you ever need anything ask for Megan! She will help you with anything! But , i do have to point out, stop posting nasty reviews because ypur daughter was fired for not doing her job. I saw the one review and when i met Megan i was in shock! She wasnt crazy and she was so kind and gentle. I asked the one employee , another kind young lady , why someone would write a review like that and she said it is was because they recently let a girl. So obviously they her go because she could not do her job. All i have to say is IM GOING BACK because i was greated so nicely and taken care so well! I even tried to tip her and she refused, she said just knowing i was a happy customer made her day.
