I ordered the jerk chicken with jalapeño cheddar wrap, it came with a bag of regular Lays potato chips, and OOOH WEE it was so good! The photo shows 1/2 of the wrap because I couldn’t wait to dig in. The chicken is moist and very flavorful. Ms. Desiree was so sweet, she made me feel like family. She offered me and my husband a sample of the Obama tea, really good if you like sweet southern peach tea. I highly recommend. *Side note* The counter, kitchen and surrounding area was spotless.

There is a light skinned lady maybe in her 40’s who claims to be the supervisor that has absolutely NO CLASS and a LACK OF CUSTOMERS SERVICE!! I have been here numerous of times but only dealt with her once. It’ll be the last time I patronize this restaurant. The mutt became irritated and irate when we were in line and then decided to exit the line. Ma’am people have a right to change their mind about what they want to indulge in or how they want to spend their money. She started yelling and using profanity as if she was at home in the PJ’s instead of at work. If you hate your job that much, find a new one! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I noticed this 'OOO WEE' in OTHER locations.. didn't know there was one in the mall in joliet; anyway... I noticed the first time I went to THIS location, this lady was runnin it & runnin it well all by her lonesome!The food she prepared was scrumptious!About a month or so later my significant other & I went there, he struck up a little conversation talking about the food & I asked her what her name was, Ms Desiree [NOT SURE IF I SPELLED CORRECTLY]Ms. Desiree, you are awesome ! I hope they give you a raise because you are a diamond in the rough ! Awesome service, delicous food, can't wait to get more steak tacos from there !

Ooohh weee is RIGHT! I am already planning my return! I came in just to try a tea. Left with a pickle and jerk chicken taco also! It smelled so good I ate it in the car. Every bite was packed with flavor! Delicious!!! Very filling. The pickle reminds me of my childhood. I can’t wait to go back and try more stuff off the menu.
My 8 year old daughter and I were picking up some gifts and grabbing some food yesterday around 5pm. I decided to get a tea from here. We walk up, lights are on a gentleman is standing at the customer side of the counter. The lighter skinned woman burst out the back with an upset look on her face mumbling. Then proceeded to yell and me and my baby in an angry tone 4 times quickly WERE CLOSED!WERE CLOSED!WERE CLOSED!WERE CLOSED!. The look on my daughters face almost got this woman cursed out. I'll never understand people having that type of demeanor.

I love this place, I go every other week and customer service is on point, I’m not sure the lady’s name everytime I’m in there but I love her she get me and my man right everytime we are like her regulars ?she never disappoints us❤️…she will continue to see us a lot more ??
