First off, we had an issue with our experience here and when we spoke with the manager, he treated it like a joke and made smug faces in-between smiling while we were explaining what our concerns were, his favorite way to reply to half of what we said was just shrugging. He was extremely rude and acted like we were wasting his time immediately, as if he had a million better things to be doing other than his job. In the end, our entire party had about one and a half plates each after paying over $100. Most of the food (not that there were many options considering over half the trays were completely empty and just sitting there) on the buffet was either cold, tasted stale and fishy, or was just inedible. We will NOT be giving this place our money again. They need a new manager, not one that acts like legitimate concerns are some laughable way to pass time while he stands around looking like he's plotting everybody's demise. Secondly, I don't know what they consider "clean" to be, but they have a very warped idea of what it actually is.

Seated 14 people at 8:25, didn’t put any new food out. If they’d have said they were not putting out any more food we would have taken our business elsewhere. Everything was cold, stale, and sub par. The manager was extremely disrespectful. He lied about when food was put out, and said that because they put fresh egg rolls out at 8:50 that that was enough food for everyone. I asked for a partial refund, after 15 minutes of arguing he gave me 20 dollars off my 120 dollar bill. I would like to add that the waitress was wonderful but due to management we will not be returning.

This place appears prejudiced against black people. The hostesses are rude and disrespectful. They refuse to serve my guest a drink. The hostesses took the cup of ice out of her hand and slammed it on the counter telling her she not giving her a drink. The manager was rude as well. Buffet was not fresh. Rugs and floors dirty. I won’t come here again!!!

Soon as we got there they were very prejudiced they didn’t want to serve us because we were black . Then there was a lady kept coming to our table harassing us tell us to be quiet it wasn’t a welcoming environment at all 0/10 I am never going back here again . They had very mean attitude. I Don’t recommend you going.

Don't waste your money crab was very fishy shrimp way over done all the food is either salty or sweet. Hibachi was ok ? I tried alot of items chicken wings were dried out. Sushi wad old looking they do make if you want but guy who makes it no English really same with Hibachi not worth 20 bucks at all

Edit: the store is very clear about what they charge, including a small tip for the staff. Please read signs before giving poor reviews. Osaka is actually our favorite buffet in the area. Amazing sushi, and a hibachi bar is also available. The "new" location (probably 5-ish years now) is much nicer on the inside, but the parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Not the restaurant's fault, so they still get 5 stars from me.

Omg Omg omg first the price is crazy expensive and if you bring a party of 5 they want a percentage for the tip okay understandable but when the girl in front is on her phone watching tv like she at home I can’t then there is this a lady who goes around and combines old food with new food so nothing is ever fresh food is a big no parking sucks
