My food was definitely hot, but my super greens were old and over cooked even when I asked for fresh super greens, on my 2nd order where I paid extra for the steak, I got 1 piece of meat and 2 pieces of meat with my broccoli beef and my Kung Pao chicken was more liquid than vegetables and on my last order the teriyaki chicken was actually delicious but the orange chicken was overcooked and old. I do not recommend going to this location

The only place where there is a lack of customer-salesperson understanding all the time.
The worst location wit staff specifically young lady wearing glasses and other Hispanic male giving bias and unpleasant service to its customers. The food quality at panda had really gone done hill while wondering where is it being sourced.

Ordered online for a pickup, had to wait over 15 minutes after my pick up time, people who walked in after me got their food and left BEFORE my online order was prepared, i could have ordered and left while i was still waiting for my supposed to be ready order
Extremely rude staff, should absolutely be in a different business, hands me the food like im a beggar.
“We had a lot of orders” then dont take online orders and give non sense pick up times

Horrible location. I had placed an online order. I was late picking it up and my food was not ready when I arrived. Everytime I go to this location I always have to wait for the greens. I told the cashier I wanted a refund because it wasn't ready. The cashier yelled at me and told me they were busy which I understand but why were the people in line getting their food first. Then she grabbed my food and basically threw the bag at me.

Staff was getting yelled at by a customer for whatever reason…Young lady named Yatta tells another employee that some days are good and some are bad… the young lady she said that too sorry I didn’t catch the name… shook it off and served me with a smile…Will be coming back based on that alone… as far as the food it’s Panda Express good enough
