Disgusting, dry chow mein tasted hours old and had crunchy ends. Missing both my string bean chicken AND my super greens. Only recieved a sad plate of ONE portion of old, crunchy chow mein (supposed to be two portions, as this was a Bigger Plate) and hard, tough orange chicken...which was carelessly tossed into the box, half buried by the gross chow mein. Will NEVER waste my money here ever again. Ruined our one singular splurge of the month. Thanks a lot.

I had a horrible experience. The girl name Mariana, the moment we approached at 6:30 pm she told us that whatever you see is the only she has left we were a family of 3 and order 3 bowls, when I ordered the 3rd one I asked for chicken teriyaki and half chow mein with half vegetables,. She said she can’t do that, I told her it’s what I always ordered that maybe she does not want to do it. And she said to me I refused to sell you any food and she took from us the other 2 bowls. She was the rudest person I have ever met in a restaurant. I will never eat at this Panda. I feel sorry for the young lady and for the manager , who let her do whatever she wants.

Came in around 11:50 am, the server Karla acted like we were ruining her day just by walking up to the counter. Ordered rangoons and she seemed extremely bothered to have to walk back over by the food to get them. Chicken teriyaki was gross and fatty and we weren’t given any sauce. The old staff was so much friendlier and actually seemed like they enjoyed their job, confused by how and why you instantly have an attitude less than an hour into opening….

I hate that pandas in the mall never have food prep they alway with attitude they are worts than the pandas in Jefferson what happen to customer service this is why you never make the sales you need to train your employees in how important it is to keep customers I stop going to this two places Time and time again, I give them an opportunity to step it up and time and time again they have failed I can say how mush I spend because I couldn’t get food because they said they were not cooking no more and that all they had and remember it was only 6:00 pm .. so make it make sense

In my opinion, the basics of customer service is not practiced here. Servers dont smile when they ask you what you want they dont say thank you after you pay. I literally did not feel welcomed at all. I felt like I was a burden because I ordered. Nextdoor restaurant/fastfood is getting really appealing now.

Just came to this restaurant in the mall. First off want to say that they do not let you try samples. I understand but seems quite stupid. I asked for a sample of a new item which looked burnt to see if it only looks burnt or tasted burnt too. But that's not even the real issue. The server Karla H seems to be incompetent to the items she is serving. When asked she simply stated "vegetables but couldn't tell us which kind and then finally stated I don't know. How can you not know what you are serving people to even let people know that there might be something that they are allergic to in that item. Another issue is the rice looked dry. 90% of the food looked burnt.

Initial service person treated us like a disruption. When there was a mistake on the order, another person (shift leader?) Apologized and fixed the issue immediately by offering a substitute. Well-done.

The drive-through was quick. The order was correct. The new shrimp bowl was very tasty, quite spicy though. The orange chicken is always good. I have never had a bad meal here.

5:15pm September 19th, this store is a joke. No entrees are made and it is not even busy! You just lost a customer, this is ridiculous.
