So it’s obvious that they’re manipulated over here at this Panda Express. I just speak with the Hispanic general manager, very unprofessional the fact that his cashier lied and stated that they ran out of beef from broccoli. This is the second time I come to this location and the food is not out not prepared. You have to order and wait while others are behind you because there is no food even to be cooked you have to it’s only cooked by order whether they’re just trying to save the product. I understand about food cost, but then you jeopardize a customer and has a high level of standard professionalism that the customers hold the panda to ! Also, I find it a very dissatisfied that I was not able to use my panda survey coupon with my purchase in my app that gave me another one in order for me to use because the survey coupon. I have to purchase something that I’m already getting a discount so you’re just having meadd to make a separate purchase in order for me to get that free item so me giving my feedback to kinda does nothing so that’s actually manipulation and false advertisement.
Definitely Hold Panda Express at a higher level then they gave I never been to a location were it’s 4:30pm in the evening an no food literally on 2 dishes were available . I asked for receipts to give food survey information back to this specific store location I understand food cost but at what cost ? For food to be made fresh a not be given the good quality ? I saw 5 set of different customers come and left because there was no food available . This location & owner should be advised that these are not the values of Panda Express . I drive all over the states & tried to always give my feed back with the best of intentions of my experience regardless of my experience. Whether it be bad or good just food for thought please do better !

Came here out of town to watch a movie. And we were hungry afterwards so we decided to get something to eat at Panda. Food was great as always at panda. I will say the lady making the food seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. But Gabriel made our experience great. He greeted us as soon as we walked in. Asked us if we needed help with any suggestions etc. He was fun and energetic. You guys need more people like him working there. We will definitely be coming back when we are back in the area.

It tastes very good and is very warm. I had a newer hire take care of my order and she was very welcoming. She did have a little bit of a hard time processing my gift card but she was able to figure out well with another co-worker. Definitely one of the better Pandas I have been to.

Disgusting, dry chow mein tasted hours old and had crunchy ends. Missing both my string bean chicken AND my super greens. Only recieved a sad plate of ONE portion of old, crunchy chow mein (supposed to be two portions, as this was a Bigger Plate) and hard, tough orange chicken...which was carelessly tossed into the box, half buried by the gross chow mein. Will NEVER waste my money here ever again. Ruined our one singular splurge of the month. Thanks a lot.

I had a horrible experience. The girl name Mariana, the moment we approached at 6:30 pm she told us that whatever you see is the only she has left we were a family of 3 and order 3 bowls, when I ordered the 3rd one I asked for chicken teriyaki and half chow mein with half vegetables,. She said she can’t do that, I told her it’s what I always ordered that maybe she does not want to do it. And she said to me I refused to sell you any food and she took from us the other 2 bowls. She was the rudest person I have ever met in a restaurant. I will never eat at this Panda. I feel sorry for the young lady and for the manager , who let her do whatever she wants.

Came in around 11:50 am, the server Karla acted like we were ruining her day just by walking up to the counter. Ordered rangoons and she seemed extremely bothered to have to walk back over by the food to get them. Chicken teriyaki was gross and fatty and we weren’t given any sauce. The old staff was so much friendlier and actually seemed like they enjoyed their job, confused by how and why you instantly have an attitude less than an hour into opening….

Was there on a holiday. Slower than usual but properly staffed, food was fresh, and hot. Service was friendly and fast. Just the perfect experience.

I hate that pandas in the mall never have food prep they alway with attitude they are worts than the pandas in Jefferson what happen to customer service this is why you never make the sales you need to train your employees in how important it is to keep customers I stop going to this two places Time and time again, I give them an opportunity to step it up and time and time again they have failed I can say how mush I spend because I couldn’t get food because they said they were not cooking no more and that all they had and remember it was only 6:00 pm .. so make it make sense
