Food is great here just about ever time. Only critique is the rice. Sometimes it’s spot on, other times it’s not fluffy and a little hard meaning whoever is on rice just needs to make sure the temperature being used to cook it isn’t too hot and that they add enough water

Went here after a long 12hr shift. Got dinner for both my husband and I. I had told them our two plate orders. They told me I had to wait for the steak and that was fine.. didn’t think I would have to hover over them to give me the right food. When I got home my plate was right but my husband had three different carbs on his plate w/ a the smallest scoop of black pepper steak. For his plate I asked for orange chicken and the steak.. we were so upset because my husband was hungry but didn’t get what he wanted. I rather them ask me my order again then have them guess. Or guess I’ll have to hover over them when pouring my food next time.

Foods about as good as panda express gets buy charging full price for a large water is ridiculous
I have not had Panda Express in a long time. It was okay. I ordered on app and picked up. Ready in no time at all. The noodles are not as good as I remember. I give 5 stars for good job on making food. Chicken mushroom and orange chicken good. Orange chicken kind of spicy. The customer drink refresher is amazing

The customer service at this panda location is definitely top notch. I only ordered the orange chicken and fried rice but I know most people come to Panda for the noodles. Overall experience was great and the food was good.

Overall food was good and the lady who rung me up was very kind and showed great customer service however when I walked in there was this one lady I assume doing drive thru orders but since she was packing the food in front of me it felt weird to stand there since she didn’t greet me whatsoever and I was standing there for almost 10pm and she was also yelling at her co workers and just had a bad attitude in general.

6/29/25 Just went through the drive through at about 1pm. The guy was obviously confused that a heavier person like myself was ordering two small sides. He was positive I was somehow picking up the wrong order. In a last ditch effort to expose me he asked for my phone's last 4. Dude, people are allowed to eat less than their body size and appreciate you keeping your interpretations to yourself. Don't be so obvious is a life lesson that will serve you well.
