They always lie and tell me their honey walnut shrimps are fresh as I would ask them before ordering , they are always soggy and dark , I never have issue at other locations but this location always this issue .wont be coming back here and just beware they are not entirely honest when customers ask if their food is fresh . I had same issue with chicken kung pao . The manager who refunded did not greet me and she had an attitude as if it was fault or did not even apologize for their food . I will be making a corporate claim this is not acceptable . This happens to me all the time .

My friend and I and our 6 rowdy boys stopped for dinner tonight after a skate party. All 8 of us enjoyed our food so much and we were all so impressed with the amazing staff. My 10 year old even commented as to how nice everyone was. We came in close to closing and there were some soda spills and we were repeatedly reassured not to worry about the mess and no one ever made us feel rushed to leave. The restaurant was very clean other than the mess we made and smelled amazing when we walked in. The staff is really what will bring us back though:)

Went in two weeks ago and found hair in my food called in and was told I would be getting two free plates due to the inconvenience. The lady told me she would write my name down but now when I called ahead to verify before coming in they cant find my name anywhere. Very disappointed and won’t be going back to this location.

This is my second visit and once again I was taken care of by Azeneth V. I made sure to save my receipt so I can give her proper due credit. She is incredibly patient, as I had multiple questions being a first time user of the app and redeeming my reward. She was very professional and sweet! My food was hot, fresh, and plentiful. I dont live near this location but I will make the extra drive from now on.
