Burnt pizza. Rude service. Only offer 10$ to fix a 100$ problem

We spent nearly $100 at Pizza For You on Larkin Ave in Joliet for my son’s trunk party—and I deeply regret it. Every pizza had a burnt bottom. As you can see in the picture, the pizza is clearly overcooked.
What’s worse is this isn’t even our first bad experience. We’ve ordered from them before—the pizza was subpar, and Brian was rude. But we decided to give them another chance, hoping for better this time. Big mistake.
When I called to address the issue, Brian was once again rude and dismissive. He told me I waited 4 hours to call, even though I explained the pizza was for a special event and I didn’t want to interrupt it. His only offer? A $10 credit after I spent nearly $100.
My guests could clearly see the pizza was burnt—some only ate the top, and others didn’t eat it at all. What a complete waste of money. Most of the pizza ended up being thrown out. The bottom was so hard and burnt we had to use a knife just to cut it apart.
Honestly, I could’ve gotten better pizza and better service from Little Caesars. I should’ve known by the always-empty parking lot. Never again.

Omg, where do I begin. What has happened to this place. I frequent this location pretty regularly and have been doing so for years. I've never had a horrible experience. However, today, I purchased a monster size pizza for my family and I. To say that we are all disappointed is and understatement. For starters, the crust was pretty burned, which I believe caused the sauce to be absorbed. Secondly, this crap is flavorless with the exception of the wonderfully not so delicious cardboard taste. If you guys have switched ingredients to accommodate inflation while still charging customers a ridiculously high price, is totally unacceptable! Such a shame as this was my go to place for a quick pizza for the family.

Ordered a pizza here for the first time yesterday. Sausage and pepperoni. It was really good. This will be my go to spot for pizza in the future. The lady that took my order over the phone was nice and polite as well as the gentleman when I picked it up.

Ordered told 30-35 mins. Get here to pick up beef pocket told another 12 mins. 15 mins past and told another 8 minutes. Did they forget my order??? Not at all happy about this

We were in the area for a week and actually ordered twice in that short span. Wanted to try something we could not get at home and needed a gluten fee option for some in our group. Pizza was done when promised and was really good. Only did take-out, so no rating for atmosphere.
