Pizza was just ok. We went at 6 pm. The sign says dining room open from 4-8 but it was locked. Tried ordering to eat in , but couldn’t.

Don’t bother ordering online. They promote is so much but when you actually do it, the tickets never print in their kitchen so the food isn’t ready. I ordered just a beef pocket. Time said 30-45 mins but I know they always take longer so I went an hour later. Exactly 60 minutes later. They didn’t even have the ticket for it. She had me sign the credit card receipt and then went looking for it and it’s nowhere to be found. They said they never got the ticket. So now I’m sitting with pizza from Nikos (which I order there now because pizza 4 u) prices got too high, and now my pizzas going to get cold while I sit in the parking lot waiting for them to cook my beef pocket. Ridiculous.

I've been ordering from here for years now, I'm seeing all the reviews about problems. I haven't had a problem with this service but we shall see. J-Town food in general has gone down hill even Fast-Food is bad now. I don't know what the mayor or code enforcers are doing but something ain't right with Joliet. Joliet used to be a bustling town emanating with the liveliness of the 1950's-1970's Era something happened to Joliet & its not Good.
This was not great. My wife thought I had ordered eggplant as a topping the pizza was so burnt. It does however have the potential to be good but quality control is not there.
