Ordered 2 pizzas, 8pc wings and breadsticks for dinner tonight at 7pm for delivery, which was routed through DoorDash which was surprising as they normally do their own delivery. By 8pm, the order had gone through 5 drivers not wanting to wait. At 830pm my husband went to the store directly to wait for the food or get a refund and he was told they were “getting things ready” At 9pm he was still waiting and was then told they were remaking one of the pizzas because they couldn’t find it and it would be another 10 minutes at least. By the time the order was bagged the food was cold except for the remade pizza. The store was noticeably short staffed on a Saturday with no management in the building according to the employee at the front. 2 1/2 hours for pizza and wings is ridiculous, the only reason we waited was because the employee there could not guarantee any refund if we cancelled the order since management was not around and we could “try calling in the morning”. Management should be present on a busy night like this and have a plan in place when the store becomes overwhelmed with orders.

If you don’t mind waiting in a cramped lobby full of waiting customers while the workers take their time and more to make your food it’s okay at best. Workers seem in no hurry, who seems to be the manager is just letting the workers do the job while they sit at the computer doing perhaps their weekly inventory? This place could use some management that cares cause they definitely have a big customer base here.

This is my go-to Pizza Hut, even if the Shorewood location is my delivery store 99% of the time I would rather pick up at this Essington location. I place my order online and my pizza is always ready when I get there.

Not a fan of their pizza so I never get it but the wings cooked a bit longer with the garlic Parm sauce hit every time but you have to ask them to cook the wings longer.

just received my order ! I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza paid 31.36 for a regular pepperoni pizza no cheese in the crust at all and I asked for parmesan cheese on the side a crew packets and did not get either not happy with this and I'm a new customer at that.

Bread sticks and thin pizza has a strange flavor to them, like an unpleasant after taste. Pan was alright, a little greasier than usual.

Called from 2½ miles away. 53@Caton Farm Rd. I have ½ hour for lunch. Their computer said they don't deliver to me. Try Weber Rd. PH. So I did. They are further away than this one. They said no. So this one lost my business forever. 2½ miles is not to far to deliver pizza. They traded a good customer for a stupid computer. Suck to be them.

I'm upset with the poor app. Offering me deals as I login, then disappearing while completing order. I got a deal for 2 large, placed my order, while in check out, went back into to the deal to add 1 topping and the it errord and deal did not reappear or was it in the deals section. Smh - get it together pizza hut headquarters! This location is doing their part and I'm going mine as a dedicated customer.

I ordered 2 sodas. I got 1. I ordered cheesy bread. It looked great in their picture of it. I got over cooked something. It's a cracker now and the cheese was cooked off. The pizza was good, as asked for. The delivery guy was good. He got a nice tip. Wasn't impressed. Last time I ordered from them, it was all GREAT. This time? Not so much.
