If i could give it a zero i would idk who is hiring these people but specifically one of the ladies there has a stank attitude and shouldnāt be working these if shes gonna be yelling and having an attitude she should go somewhere else

I visited today and specifically asked for fresh fries. The fries were fresh, but the chicken was terrible. I ordered six wings and was given party wings instead. The wings were cold, had no crunch at all, and were chewy. Unfortunately, I had already driven halfway home before realizing the issue, had to go back for a refund. This was my first visit and will definitely be my last. Very disappointed with this unsavory establishment.

They weren't necessarily quick, but even in the middle of the night, they made us fresh, hot, delicious, spicy chicken. I'm not sure why people have had a bad experience, but this time we went, it was a true return to form.

I received multiple text messages confirming that my whole turkey order was ready for pickup, so I arrived at the store expecting a smooth transaction. Instead, I experienced unnecessary confusion and unprofessional behavior from staff.
When I provided my full name, employees insisted the order was not there. After approximately 30 minutes of back-and-forth, it was discovered that the issue was due to my full name not fully printing on the receipt label. This was a simple printing limitation that could have been communicated respectfully. Unfortunately, instead of an apology or assistance, I was met with dismissive attitudes and and unprofessional responses.
Given that I prepaid for the turkey and arrived with all confirmation messages, it was unacceptable to be treated as if I was attempting to take someone elseās order. I had to firmly advocate for myself just to receive the product I purchased.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the tone and lack of customer service were disappointing, especially during a holiday pickup. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed and that corrective action be taken to ensure customers receive respectful, informative, and professional service.
