Very upset with this location. We eat here all the time and the worker at the drive through messed up our whole order. Ordered Chicago dog meal with everything on it and a tender meal. The guy in the drive through rushed us to order and messed up the tender meal and the Chicago dog meal. $33 for a messed up meal. On top of that they didn’t even give me my receipt to make it right.

This is NOT a dine-in location, there is no seating at all. You can only drive through or pick up an order to-go. This isn’t advertised on the Google listing, we drove all the way here with our grandmother and had to find a new place to go as we could not dine in.

I’m never one to call to complain but I called in about missing food. the gentleman who answer the phone was very professional and polite said to bring in receipt for missing food and I would get my missing food. Mind you I live 20 minutes away for this location.My husband went back with receipt in hand and handed it to an employee. Maria was called over and then gave my husband a very rude comment saying “you see these markings here means we separated them”the order. Pretty much saying my husband was wrong and that we received our food. She was rude and unprofessional I am in no need of free hand outs but if I pay for something I expect for my order to be in the bag. All I wanted was the food I was missing that I paid for. Maria didn’t have to be rude we all make mistakes and I get that. If she indeed is a manager this location is in need of a new one because she dosent know how to talk to people with respect.
Food Has been good overtime we have been here. Employees have been nice too..no complaints

Went in to get two and a half pounds of beef to go ..they don't take orders at the counter... told me to put the order in the kiosk.. beef to go is not on the kiosk menu ...they did not know how to put my order in... took about 20 minutes for them just to get my order put in for a package of beef they had to grab out of the refrigerator

I don't know, but it seems that when I order my food from the app, it's just not right. The portion sizes seem smaller. The food is just different. The beef sandwich is the most noticeable. Dry.
