Went in to get two and a half pounds of beef to go ..they don't take orders at the counter... told me to put the order in the kiosk.. beef to go is not on the kiosk menu ...they did not know how to put my order in... took about 20 minutes for them just to get my order put in for a package of beef they had to grab out of the refrigerator

I don't know, but it seems that when I order my food from the app, it's just not right. The portion sizes seem smaller. The food is just different. The beef sandwich is the most noticeable. Dry.

I’ve been here twice, and both times one or more things is missing from my order. Reading the reviews, it seems to be a common problem here, so sit there and check your bags. The managers really need to get a handle on their staff. Other than their staff’s complete inability to count items, the food is fantastic.
