I don't know, but it seems that when I order my food from the app, it's just not right. The portion sizes seem smaller. The food is just different. The beef sandwich is the most noticeable. Dry.

I’ve been here twice, and both times one or more things is missing from my order. Reading the reviews, it seems to be a common problem here, so sit there and check your bags. The managers really need to get a handle on their staff. Other than their staff’s complete inability to count items, the food is fantastic.

Ricardo Rodriquez has served me two times at the drive through at the Joliet location and had the BEST attitude and has GREAT customer service! And, a great smile! He needs a raise!!! Good job Ricardo.
