This is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest Potbelly location I've ever been to. I don't get down this way much, generally only when I'm on my way to The Forge (like I am today).
It's Friday night at 5pm and I'm the only one here. I walked in, ordered my sandwich, paid, sat down and ate and I'm still by my lonesome, writing this review.
The employee that took my order (A Wreck) and my payment was incredibly polite and the other employee that finished my sandwich was too.
This has been an overwhelmingly positive experience today, and with the week I've had, oh man it's appreciated.
Next time I'm down this way and I need some pre-concert grub, this will be the spot.

Bought a salad, they gave me rotted dredges of iceberg lettuce and refused to refund me when I pointed out the lousy garbage they Trey to pass off as food.

WELL, IT’S AWFULLY LOUD. I couldn’t hear the employees’ directions on where to go next. The ‘second station’ where they add the sandwich toppings is not obvious as the counter is higher than the one you order your sandwich from. Then the last station is where you pay and the counter is lower again. I really liked that they had a multigrain option. I thought I had ordered the Avo Turkey sandwich but I guess the employee couldn’t hear me, either. At least we were charged for a regular. I also struggled to get the Tractor drink dispenser to work. The liquid wouldn’t come out and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Then it finally worked-weird as it was full.

Placed an order via the app for pickup at a scheduled time. Sandwich was ready when I arrived and was still warm when I got home after a 10min drive so it wasn’t sitting around for an hour before I got there. Order was correct and had no missing ingredients. Staff was friendly via the drive thru.

0 stars. Took my elderly mom here on 5/30/25 around 3 pm. She ordered cheddar broccoli soup and a half sandwich. She ate 1/3 or 1/2 of the soup. By 11:30 pm, she had a diarrhea episode and several more following that throughout the night and morning. By the afternoon on 5/31 she was vommiting too. Eventually we had to bring her to the ER because there was blood in her stool. So far we’ve found out that there is E. coli. I really just want to warn I people when these things happen. We trust these restaurants when we choose to visit them but please be careful.

I just left the drive thru and was SHOCKED at the rude girl at the window. I was charged $14 and I just pointed out the sign on the board said Skinny and soup were 10.49 and she said the difference was just tax. When I let her know my receipt charged more, she slammed the drive thru window shut and walked away. I had been a pretty consistent customer to Potbelly's before this exchange and I can honestly say I will not be going back. Chick Fil A people down the street are much more polite.
My sandwich is always cold like it came out of the fridge and the bread is always soggy like an italian beef. Do better. I don’t blame the staff i blame the executives that do not care about the service to the customers
We always so drive thru when we come. I appreciate the freshly made food and friendly staff. It isn’t super fast because sometimes they only have one person working but that’s okay.

I continue to support this location but unfortunately they just can’t get it right . I have went a handful of times just recently and every time it never fails they forgot an item and or incorrectly prepares the order . This time my sandwhich was prepared incorrectly . I stated,
Received attitude, had my sandwhich snatched, thrown away and watched them make another sandwhich aggressively while laughing making remarks as if the situation was comical.
Uncaused for behavior for their mistake.
Not how you treat customers .

I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by staff. I went in with my mother we ordered our sandwiches and were rushed by who I presume to be the manager Jenna. When I got my order it was incorrect so I kindly asked them to remake my sandwich. When Jenna was told it was made wrong she rolled her eyes and started talking to her coworker and it really upset me. I usually love going in to potbelly and eating but I will not be returning again after this. Completely unacceptable for staff to be this way.

I ordered a meatball sub the big I tried it I actually didn't like it the Meatballs were to dry and had no flavor and the bread it self didn't make it any better I had maybe bites I had to toss my meal due to not liking it all together if ur gonna have Meatballs for customers please add flavor to it it's to dry and bland.

I would eat here more often if the staff was better. Customer service is not great. Paying attention to one's order and making it correctly seems to be challenging.
