Had not been to red lobster in years but I've heard all the improvements they made so we decided to try it. Very disappointing experience, place was not clean, service was ok. The food however was a big let down. Was expecting better quality for the prices. Coconut shrimp was good but that's about it thanks

Our experience was wonderful! Cristian V took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked on us regularly, kept us informed about our food, and was very attentive the entire time. Highly recommend his service!
Our server, Cristian was one of the best servers we've ever had. He took great care of us, brought us everything we needed and more. He even made us laugh which is awesome to have such a personable server. We'll be back and hope we get Cristian again.
