I work in the area and have heard so much about this place, finally had to try it. I called in my order to eat at the bar. (I have a short lunch) Friendly phone service, and prompt service upon my arrival, warm, good food. Staff was attentive and menu reasonably priced. Will be back.

Went there for dinner before a show at the Rialto and had a great time. Really enjoyed the food. GREAT FRIES!!!! And the burger was good. Best part was talking to the owner Marzell. Really enjoyed looking at his fabulous baked goods. Will definitely be back and am picking up cinnamon rolls on Friday!😁

Very welcoming! Great service and accommodating. Random pick to dine after Jury Duty, hidden gem especially with the construction in the area. My favorite was the special. Fall off the bone brisket and tender pull pork. Will definitely come back!😌

Severely overpriced mediocre food that I had to wait over an hour for. The server was nice but that was about the best thing out of this place. Wouldn't recommend to family or friends.
Richardson's is fresh made food daily. It's full of flavor and has a great price point. They added a full bar since opening. The service is excellent. Definitely have any of the daily specials, but don't skip the turkey smash burgers. I generally would order a typical hamburger from most other restaurants, but Richardson's turkey smash burgers and fresh cut fries are the best in Joliet. It's definitely worth the trip to downtown Joliet whether you are seeing a show at the Rialto or the Forge.

The Fries are fresh cut. The Cod Fish was so fresh and seasoned well. Our server was AMAZING, Friendly, and prompt. It was our first time there, but I will definitely be back.

My sister and I enjoyed a Friday Fish Fry Dinner on 4/11/2025, before a show at the Rialto. We were quite impressed by the Freshness, Crispyness, and wonderful taste of everything. The Fries are fresh cut. The Cod Fish was so fresh and seasoned well. Our server was AMAZING, Friendly, and prompt. It was our first time there, but I will definitely be back.
