I walked away from my cart for about one minute to check on something in the next isle. When i come back around the corner worker Vic is got his hands in my cart touching/rummaging through my food. I am of course upset and tell him to get his hands off my food. His response " is this your cart ? " No explanation ,no apology no remorse. Just hubris. He procedes to Tell me a customer told him it was an abandoned cart and he just doing his job. Two of his slacker coworkers hear our exchange and come up and decide to stick their noses in something they know noting about and talk shit to me. The most ignorant one was an ignorant ,big ,fat ,bald 40 year old Spanish stockboy with long gray goatee. I asked them to call a manager, but the manager was too busy to come to the isle. So we went up front to see him. The ignorant ,bald ,fat, gray goatee 40 year old Spanish stockboy immediately talks to Manager "Mark" on the side to fabricate a story about something he wasn't even a witness too. Mark doesn't talk to Vic and ask him what happened and why he was feeling up my chicken. This all takes place about fifteen feet from me. The ignorant ,bald ,fat ,gray goatee 40 year old Spanish stockboy and Mark share a chuckle/laugh togetherat my expense. Mark comes over to me is going to explain to me what transpired based on what the ignorant, big, fat, gray goatee 40 year old stockboy told him. I didn't want to hear some U.S. Post Office logic from GED Mark at this point. What is going on in the world at this time with Covid 19 are these people that small minded not to touch someones food? Can someone at Sam's Club explain this is a rhetorical question to Mark and the three stooges.

I had a pickup order for between 7 - 8 pm. I received both a notification and text that the order was ready at 8:26. I showed up not even 10 min later and it told me to check in during business hours (after 10 am the next day). So now I have to go back tomorrow, I do not live near there and planned my pickup for a time I would already be near Sam's Club. I needed the items for tomorrow, this is ridiculous!! I even tried calling the store with no answer! Wonder if I can get a refund on my membership. Even if I can't, I think I will be switching to Costco.

Sam's Club is really a good choice when it comes to buying bulk groceries and other things. I went here again recently, and it's been a long time since I last went to this place. Like before, the place has a wide and spacious parking area, but it was chaotic to the point that I had a hard time parking my car. After that, I went inside and the whole place was literally so busy. I proceeded to get the things that I needed. There is nothing really new about the place. It is still clean and bright. The selections are well-organized. Everything is well-stocked. The place is really big and spacious, but there is no room for being lost inside because it has a nice layout and there are signs everywhere to recognize which part of the building is where the particular product is located. The associates inside are friendly and helpful too. The selection of products is just really nice and there is really a bulk of products available for everything. Prices are also very reasonable. I think I saved more by buying my groceries here instead of going into other grocery stores. The products are pretty much the same when it comes to produce, dairy, meat, and other products. Everything was fresh and of good quality. Except for the parking, I have no problem shopping at this location.

The store manager Mike is horrible. very unpleasant. Tried to reach out to him on multiple occasions about a concern and nothing, no call backs nothing.

We have shopped at Sam's Club for over 20 years and have always been pleased with their selection and prices. However, this year we were very disappointed in their hamburger meat. Three times we bought a large package of hamburger meat and all three times, the meat smelled like chemicals. We just threw them away and have gone elsewhere for our hamburger meat. The rest of the meat has been fine until today. We bought a package of sirloin tip and the moment we opened the package it smelled horrible like it was spoiled. We are returning it and are not planning on buying any more meat from Sam's. I hope people make sure they check any meat they buy.

In the past I have always bought your fresh 90% lean ground beef, and it was always very good. I decided to buy some last week to make cocktail meatballs for a Christmas party.

I purchased Members Mark mini cheese tray. when opening the pull strip opened the entire package which I had to place in another bag in order to keep the cheese fresh. Should contact packaging company as packaging is not up to standards. thank you. stay well

There are bargains to be found but you must be a knowledgeable shopper to benefit. Most things are in bulk so keep an eye on the expiration dates

They used to be five stars. But, like TRM says, prices have gone up, service has gone down, quantity of selections has diminished - meaning less choices. And I'm starting to get frustrated with the cashiers. Today, is the second time in a row that I've gone there, in about a week that the cashier didn't step up ,and realize what was going on. There's so many crappy people in the world, that are trying to scam everybody. Last week a Mexican family slowed down the line, because mommy wanted to pay for her stuff, and then pay for her children's stuff, and kept switching cards, and the computer kept rejecting cards. Well mommy, maybe you don't have enough money ,and you're trying to get something for nothing. Also, the children who were adult children -- a 20-year-old girl, and her boyfriend. Why didn't they step up and try to pay somehow? What was annoying, is how the cashier was so dumb, she didn't realize what was going on, why not try and call manager for help. Dumb!Today, there was a 50 something white guy ,who went through two cards, and what irritated me most, was that he was wearing a mask but it wasn't covering his nose. And he kept coughing. Dude?! How far are we into this pandemic now? Cover your face with your goddamn mask. And if neither one of your cards have money, then why the hell are you at a store trying to buy something? His friend was at the end of the counter, or relative, stepped up and paid for it. Again cashier? How about finding management for some help? And of course both times I only had one item per purchase. And I felt like I waited for several light years! Very frustrated with Sams these days!!!!

Friendly people and helpful too. Always a pleasureNot a problem when I shop here. Workers are always fun and polite and will hold a conversation well with you. One in a while get a crabby out of the patty, but everyone's entitled to their day.

BEWARE!!! I am a plus member and someone stole my rewards points/money that i have been saving for 5 years!! Was saving up for my daughters swing set, the cashier commented on it and three days later they were gone!! They used the money at two locations Des plains and Evanston. They can get your member ID by printing out a copy of your receipt. Sams did not fully re enstate me for the lost money either. So beware. Use your reward money before one of their employees steal it!!!

First of all, I want to remind everyone especially the people that work in this store, that it is not a privilege to shop here. You pay for an annual membership. I just got back from this location, and I was shopping with my sister. She brought her insulated Sam's Club bags into the store. No one was checking IDs. No one said anything about the bags not being allowed in the store. Including the numerous employees that we passed in the store, as well as the clerk that scanned all of our items and handed us our receipt. The lady that checked our receipt didn't say anything about our bags either. It was the older guy that was checking other people's carts in a different lane, that stopped my sister and said rudely, "hey, stop! you can't bring bags into the store in the middle of a virus!" My sister and I left shocked and embarrassed. On the way out, (and on the way in), I did not notice any signs that specifically say that you are NOT allowed to bring in bags. I would assume that the person checking IDs would have said something, however, there was no person in sight checking IDs at noon on a Tuesday. There are so many better ways this could have been handled. My sister's husband went back up to the store to address the rude behavior of said employee regarding this matter. He initially spoke to a floor supervisor who said bags were fine, as long as employees don't handle them. She called her manager and this guy says bags are NOT allowed at all. Before the discussion was over, my brother in law was escorted out by security.Everyone is dealing with massive problems during the pandemic. Shopping is not fun, anywhere. It is super stressful. Remind you that you PAY to shop at Sam's Club, it's not a privilege. Employees don't need to treat paying customers like this. I will never shop at this location. I will never shop at Sam's Club anywhere. My family will not shop there. My extended family will not shop there. And all of my friends and relatives will not shop there either ever again. We are going to Costco. It is my understanding, that a Costco will be opening soon near this location. Sam's doesn't have a chance, nor do they deserve one. The employees and management at this location have an obvious break down of communication. And these issues are not made clear to the customers, so you have to be embarrassed for not following policies that were not made clear in the first place.

Bad experience. My boyfriend went in on his first day of work and they fired him for forgetting to take his piercing out. The “manager” didn’t even let him tell his side of the story. People are very rude here.
