Thoroughly impressed with the food and staff here. The woman up front did the best job and never lost her patience even though it was busy and she was up there alone. Doesn’t yet that the wings are the best I’ve ever had. All the people with me loved their food too. 10/10!!

Finally stopped here because I wanted some gizzards so bad, but I really did not want them from here. Since I did not feel like driving to the westside of town to get my usual tender season just right gizzards I settled for here. It was my first time and my last time going. The gizzards here at Sharks are extremely tuff! They were over cooked and had a mixture of some old fried gizzards. If anyone is looking for fresh tender gizzards then Browns Chicken is the spot to get your gizzards from.

Don’t even waste your time, they close when they feel like it and the lady on the phone told us to be there by 10:45. We pulled up at 10:37 and the cook decided to clean up early. They are supposed to close at 11… horrible service

Don't eat there spoiled food. My stomach is so upset right now I got a refund but that's not enough. Even the cashier and the cook smelled the catfish I ordered and gave it the stink face. It literally rotten garbage I will never in my life come back. I wouldn't even leave a comment if I wasn't sick right now. Please check your food if you order from there but I strongly suggest that you don't ????. The place smells like rotten meat I never experienced this before and I'm heated highly upset stay away

Paid for jumbo Shrimp and received medium shrimp. Called the restaurant and the owner said he didn’t want to talk he was too busy to take a picture. No customer service at all. Chicken was super greasy

I wished i took a before pic smh. Let me start off by saying i visites this establishment on 5/31 and wanna say thank you for the upstanding customer service over the phone it was very welcoming. I order here cause my son was dashing in the area and i left one establishment because they service was poorly underrated. But when i walked into the establishment it was welcoming as well and she was also polite in person as well, I also like the fact that the establishment had a bathroom it was a huge plus cause i always gotta go and i haven't seen no other establishment with a bathroom besides these huge restaurants but the cook good job i order a 4 piece wing dinner with lemon pepper and hot sauce on the side and it was not salty like most chicken places and they gave a good amount of fries and he was clean and organized not all over the place for him to be by himself with over 6 orders to make and people inside waiting patiently but when i got my food she asked if i wanted cole slaw and i thank her for that cause i hate to waste food and why take it when u can give it to someone else who will eat it. The only bad thing i hate is this establishment 20 mins away from my house but it is definitely worth the travel and they not overly price i think my order was almost $8. I will be back keep up the good work!!
This was one of the most rudest experiences I've had I called in a order for catfish steaks I ask the cashier where the stakes thick or thin the cashier said they were thick so I said okay in that case can you fry them a little harder then usual she said okay I get my food I look at my food and they are extremely hard so I attempt to break into a piece of fish and the fish was like hard rubber because they had overcooked it so I tried to get them to recook them for me and they flat out refused and refunded me my money and so I asked the cook why is he upset he said because he already wasted money and that I should never ask for my fish fry harder and I explained to him that I asked where they thick or thin for a reason and he said that the cashier doesn't know if they're thick or thin and in the future don't ask for them to be cooked hard and I won't have problems I have never had an issue with asking for the food to be cooked harder it was not edible at all and he was a very rude individual his name was Bo
