We went in for breakfast, wasn't our first time there, but definitely the last! My wife found a cockroach in her food. The waitress/manager did not care at all. She offered to make the food again, but who would want to eat there! She simply brushed it off and told us to have a good day and walked away, no apology. It was as if she was used to these complaints already. After leaving is when I saw multiple reviews of people finding insects in the food and place in general. I like to support small businesses and that's why I would go there, but will be going to other local spots now.

Kudos to our server for staying on top of having drinks filled. We ordered the roast beef with gravy and mash, the Santory skillet with pancakes and over easy eggs, and the beef Philly panini. Everyone was enthusiastic about the skillet/pancakes for the size of the portions and the flavor combo. We were less enthusiastic about the beef Philly panini because it lacked sumptuousness with either sauce or cheese.

Uber Eats a buffalo chicken wrap with fries and was highly disgusted when I spotted a bug on my wrap. So happy I didn’t bite it! 🤮

My mexican breakfast was great. The Southern Charm was good. Biscuits and gravy are different from the regular. Biscuits were great plain. Hashbrowns needs more time for my liking. Still a great place for breakfast.

I enjoyed my breakfast which was filling and came out quite quickly. The service was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. I think this is a good spot for a quick breakfast. I had the Popeye omelette and the ingredients seemed pretty fresh. My coffee cup was kept full without having to ask, and the check was given right after the meal so I could have left promptly if necessary. I always appreciate when that is the case. All in all it was a good experience and I will definitely return if I am in the area around breakfast time.

i got skirt steak with my eggs and the eggs were cooked perfectly. the steak was so good too. i got it medium well and it was just sooo juicy and flavorful. i’m not gonna lie, i couldn’t stop smiling while eating because it was just so good…
the atmosphere was great. it felt like home and very cozy. the food plating was nice too. i don’t know, even the fruit plate looked cute to me.. ! ! !
