I have been going to the smokehouse for years. The employee at the Joliet branch is the worst that I have seen. First of all they got my order wrong, when I call to just voice my concern the young man kept telling me I did order the particular salad. I have never raised my voice at an employee before but he was listening. Finally, I think that it is so unprofessional to be on your phone while waiting on customers. I will not be at this location again.

I know the owner from working in the mall. Hes usually open as you open up doors to the mall. They have good variety, not just hamburgers and hot dogs, they have a little more like a pizza puff or salads, gyros, etc. They work in a normal pace but doesnt take to longm id go there everyday. Lovely people, expect a order and go or a feel free attitude after purchasing
