I pulled up in the drive thru and placed my order. I got to the window and gave the cashier the exact amount for my order. She told me she could not take it because the drawer was being counted. The smoothie I ordered was already made and I did not need change back. The store would rather through away food than accept the exact amount of cash.

I love this place. There’s so many smoothie places to choose from but this location has the best customer service as well as time management within their company overall. I love their Caribbean Way smoothie and their PB Swizzle Acai Bowl. I WILL be back.

Drive thru order was wrong, waited in line for 15 minutes and had to charge me twice. Worst part was my smoothie tasted like water with a hint of banana :(

I normally do not go to this location but it was the only one close to me. I usually do an online order. I picked up my smoothie and the girl at the drive thru was so nice. That was the only good thing. My smoothie was not good. It tasted like a vitamin water with no flavor, it was so watered down. I was going to return it but I was very busy and didn’t have time. I will not be visiting this location again.
