This store is running a promotion for it's new toast. The employee charged full price and I didn't catch it until after payment. When I brought it to her attention, she told me that she couldn't refund the amount because the payment has been processed. She told me I needed to ask for the special before but there is nothing in the signage that says that.
Employees need to be trained on what specials are being run and how to adjust after payment has been made.
