These places are really going downhill. They never give customers what they want! Its what Starbucks wants to give them! The Hibiscus refresher. Should still be on the menus! Instead of the garbage they want to give us! Also the Lime would be nice as well! I can get 7 different refresher choices down the street! At the local mom and pops store! So why should I come here anymore? Where I'm not valued much as a customer anymore! Not everyone drinks coffee! Lastly. Staff at Starbucks used to be happy and cheerful! Not anymore. They all seem so unhappy! Starbucks needs a change! Start by listening to the customers!

Ordered a grande black coffee and it was disgusting brown water. No coffee taste at all, instantly threw it in the garbage. Definitely would recommend to check your coffee before driving away! Will not be ordering another coffee from here again.

Does not matter if you're going to order different kinds of flavors for hot drinks, it's gonna be the same as hot water without any flavors and sugar.

Went to this location at 59 and Theodore at 9:30 AM and they don't have any red cups Not a very good promotion.

Absolutely love the new design! The team at this location is great! If you haven’t seen the remodel you have to stop in, it looks great!

The customer service was horrible. Never met a more unhappy individual. These people act like they’re forced to work here. I was nothing but nice to the barista but she had an attitude before I even started putting my order in.

Maybe this location is good with cold drinks, but everytime i order a Cappuccino it never comes out right. For example, today i ordered a grande cappuccino and got a grande black coffee. One time I ordered a cappuccino and got a Latte.

I don’t understand why such a basic drink comes out so different everytime.

They are all so rude there. Drinks are never consistent. My mozzarella tomato sandwich had 1 piece of tomato skin on one end and a quarter size piece in other end. My drink was mainly just whipped cream.

I went to pick up my pickup order and still had to wait 20 minutes in store to get my drink. This location is horrible

Brandon that was arrested removed for taking inappropriate pictures of the baristas not cause he has autism he was asked multiple times to leave and would not which then forced the police to physically remove him people need to know the facts instead of assuming a situation
