Additionally I always come in to order a coffee for my father, both times of him ordering, and today I ordered his coffee has been wrong. Last time was overdone the amount of chocolate, and today it's like it had Oat milk instead of milk/ creamer.

Horrible Starbucks. We waited in line an extremely long time. We couldn't leave because your semi truck driver blocked the only way out. Once we ordered, your cashier said they don't have the drink available, and to order something else. We ordered something else, and she completely got the order wrong because she didn't listen AT ALL. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE ANYMORE.

We got a drinks at barnes and noble and the drinks weren’t it! We also felt bad cus it was only one person working but we just couldn’t drink them , we came across this starbucks and we asked if they could remake our drinks and they did and im just thankful and i appreciate that they did that!

I tried ordering an ice water with strawberries for my daughter, not sure if there was confusion, but they wanted me to pay $7 for it as it’s a ‘custom drink’, but my grande honey citrusy tea was only $5? How does water and strawberries cost $7?

I don’t usually go to this Starbucks often but I had just went there today and the food and drink I received was amazing and the customer service was some of the best service I’ve received. Especially the lady at the window, I think her name was Julia(sorry if I got the name wrong). She was incredibly nice and was genuinely very helpful . I will definitely be going back there very soon!!!

We had some time to spare before catching a flight back home to Texas. This location was clean, bright, and inviting. The tables and seating arrangements were perfect for working away from home. Liz (shift supervisor) was absolutely outstanding. She knows how to make a customer feel like Starbucks is their third place. Great job Liz. You are a wonderful ambassador for Starbucks!
