Pretty nice Starbucks location with really nice and helpful staff. Most of the time when I come it’s not too busy and I get the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher drink that I order on the app and pick it up as soon as I arrive to this Starbucks location.

This Starbucks is in a great location and Coffee is great. I alwsys get coffee Frapuccino. However it smells horrible inside, I tried to come and work inside and after 5 min I end up leaving because I can’t stand it. I hope they take care of it soon since staff is great, great location and great baristas.

I was really disappointed when I went inside the store to place an order that they said they would upcharge $.80 to do something that 2 other stores recently did not do. I wanted no vanilla inside the coffee & just pistachio instead, in place of it. I don't think they then made the drink correctly. It didn't taste right..as if there was no flavoring in it at all. Overall Starbuck's quality has gone down hill across the board, but I am only able to afford Starbuck's drinks when I get gift cards as gifts from people during the holidays. I hate to know that they spent a lot of $ on me to end up getting a lackluster drink.

I use many different locations and I order a refresher with no ice everytime. I am prompt at pick-up and everytime at THIS location only the drink has separated and I have to find a way to shake it without making a mess to get the drink I ordered. Once the drink was clearly not made with the proper coconut milk to strawberry acai ratio, and when I asked for it to be fixed they took lid off and poured a splash of coconut milk in to the cup, put lid on it and handed it back to me. Didn't shake it at all. Make the drink in the shaker like you're supposed to!!!!! I pay way too much for my drink not to be made right.

The barista name was Van. She has such a "great attitude" oh my gosh. I ordered my coffee and what I got was not my order. So I asked her if she can make it right like i order. but she didn't say anything back to me but gave me a dirty look and sigh to me And made my drink and slide it and threw the straw. "What a good attitude to customer" I am not getting a free drink baha.. what the hack I am not going back if she still works there. It's awful

Service isn't there at all. Waited 20 minutes for my drink. 3 were made but the last one wasn't ready. When I asked he said it was in works but it wasn't. And then after me asking about my drink, he sat it down as if he didn't know it mines.

My husband always goes here and his coffee comes out good. However today he had bad customer service and coffee was not good. He ask the worker if they can kindly remake it because the coffee had a lot of creamer. Employee asked the manager and the manager came back with an attitude also with black coffee saying is this coffee good. That was unprofessional and rude of her. If you don’t like your job maybe look for a new one.

everytime we get coffee frm here is good, and the service be ok expect when we get that worker named maddie she ALWAYS gives such a dirty attitude back, she be rolling her eyes or when she does something wrong that was her fault she acts like were the dumb ones, if she dont like her job she shouldn’t take it out on the customers . and im not talking as once in a while this happens everytime we get her, fix her up lol

The coffees are good and everything but the service is horrible. especially this employee name maddie she has very rude attitude and doesn’t make us feel welcome she closes the window on us before even finishing my sentence and this isn’t only once in while it’s very time we come here from this employee and she also rolls her eyes on us and when she’s on the wrong she wants to act like we in the wrong and try makes us feel dumb and we ended up right. if she doesn’t like her job it’s okey but she shouldn’t take out on us and anybody it’s VERY rude for this reason im starting to want to change locations for my coffee because it ruins my day
