I went in here for my drink and a birthday cake pop and they gave me a fake .. This cake pop tastes horrible like play dough to the point where i was gagging trying to eat it. This cake pop has rainbow sprinkles and funfetti cake instead of white sprinkles and white cake so i know its not the same and on top of that the bag it came in looked like the ones you get at a gas station it didnt have any starbucks logo or anything. The first 2 pictures is what i got and the last picture is what it was supposed to be. Starbucks what is this?
Took a break at work to come to closed doors at 8.45 when supposedly they opened at 8. Thanks for the wasted break that I won't be able to take later either now ?? Fix your schedule. ?

Coffee is usually okay but understaffed, waited like 10 minutes until someone actually came to the counter
Servers are always polite. I've always found a place to sit to read a book, magazine or write letters. Nice change to a rushed life.

I like going to Barnes and Noble. I rarely get coffee
This place had a great staff and very friendly. The only down side is the size of the cream cheese with the bagel and cream cheese you have to purchase an extra to get good coverage like a regular Starbucks.
Great! Although they dont have all the drinks other Starbucks serve for some reason their limited.
Try the apple tart with whipped cream and caramel drizzle!
The eggnog latte is really gooc this season
