Sad , they got rid of all servers. Only cooks and manager. Have to use kiosk and receipt has q r code box you use for getting your drink. Food was terrible , hamburger and fries were greasy. Won't go back.

Just drove through and picked up the 3 PC chicken tenders combo. When I got home and gave it to my son, he showed me what he got. It looked like they took one tender and divided it into thirds. Ridiculous! Now, I still gave to make him something to eat.

Payment machine in the restaurant is gonna try to charge you double, then it’s gonna eat your points and not return them to you when you cancel the order.
Also the every drink from the fountain tastes dirty like they don’t wash the nozzles at night or something. Definitely only get bottled drinks if ordering here.

This has to be the most unorganized, unintelligent, unresponsive Steak ‘n Shake I have ever stepped foot in. The manager on shift (older gentleman) is very rude to not just customers but also very bossy to the other employees. This crew needs go and a new crew who will actually give good service needs to join. Good luck coming inside to grab a mobile order, you’ll be waiting at least 30 minutes until somebody from the back comes and asks what your doing here… Overall experience at steak and shake is horrible every time due to the staff.
and to the gentleman who said we don’t wash our hands.. we have about 7 sinks in the back which all have soap. you jus didn't know how to use the soap dispenser bc we went to the bathroom and checked it as soon as you said that. it’s not an automatic dispenser. also the young lady who came up to you is not the manager nor was she embarrassed.have a nice day tho.

I went in there today ordered my food, went to the men’s bathroom, there was absolutely no soap. I went to the cook and told him to cancel my order. He asked me “Why? ur orders already cooking” I told him that “Given the fact there’s absolutely no soap in the men’s bathroom, it leads me to believe yall didn’t wash ur hands before cooking my food” to which he answered “ Yea but I’m wearing gloves though” 🤮 that is absolutely disgusting. Manager just came looking embarrassed, as I’m pretty sure she heard what he said, and gave me my refund. I am never going back and would advise no one go back to this unsanitary establishment

I’m very happy with my order and the amazing quality of service here! I ordered the original Steak ‘n Shake double burger meal for dinner. Requested only cheese, pickles and grilled onions on my burger. Upgraded my fry to an onion ring and chose cherry Coke for my drink. Everything was perfect, hot and fresh. Your night staff is great - friendly, quick and efficient. I love that Steak n Shake uses only beef tallow to fry and grill food - it gives the burger and sides a richer and more delicious flavor. The way the tallow compliments the food truly elevates the dining experience. Please continue to use tallow and never go back to your old ways! I was pleasantly surprised to find out actual cherry grenadine is added to your Coke if you order a cherry Coke. Has a more authentic cherry taste than actual cherry Coke! I see you, Steak n Shake. Going back to the basics of real food is how it should be done and you’re crushing it!

Let me say that my burger and fries were great. Tasty & hot. However there is something wrong with the water at this location. I noticed it months ago when I ate here last and again, today. I had a cup of water and a soda. Both tasted disgusting. I'm assuming the soda was bad due to the ice in the cup. I can't be the only one who has noticed this. I have no issue with the neighboring restaurant's water. That needs to be fixed.
