We waited over 30 minutes for our food, it was cold, didnt get everything we paid for and I was disrespected and screamed at by the manager on duty.

Shout out to John on the grill!! He whipped up the best frisco melt I’ve had in a long time!! I could tell he took his time making it and genuinely takes pride in his work. 10/10 recommend this location and highly recommend John for a promotion! I’m leaving this review not because of the staff but so corporate sees it. This is one of the only steak n shakes left in the area but this place is an absolute mess. The drive thru, inside & mobile orders is way too much for the staff to handle. I just waited 30 minutes inside for a mobile order. They’re is not enough staff for when it gets busy. I wish corporate would fix this place up because I don’t want it to close.

Place was so nasty, my fries and burger were soaked in grease. Onion rings tasted like they’ve been sitting under a light all day, bathroom soap dispensers don’t work. No toilet paper in the stalls, and nasty toilets . Just dirty atmosphere all around, probably the dirtiest & nasties steak n shake I’ve ever been to.
The two lady’s at the drive thru made my birthday memorable with their exceptional customer service! They went above and beyond making my peanut butter milkshake, 10/10 on their service! I highly recommend this location thanks to them 🙌🏽
