I came on Sunday evening around 6:30. There was one car in front of me, and one behind me. And it still took them over 15 minutes to make my food. They were all grumpy and rude. Then I said thank you have a good night, and the guy responded “alright get out of the way!” First and last time visiting this horrendous store

Very disappointed in the milkshake, I know they just took it out of the freezer cuz it was frozen. The steak burger was excellent.

Sidewalks and parking lots are not shoveled, The big disappointment is that now one has to order on a kiosk machine, which is a slap in the face to some of the elderly community plus it takes away jobs, this is unfortunately corporate greed, for this reason my wife and I walked out. I remembered when you could sit in a booth and the server would take my order, that no longer exists nor does salads and other items. Shameful another restaurant going down the toilet.

Let's start, I love my burgers. Go here after picking up a gift for Christmas. I asked for a butter burger with just butter, ketchup, and mustard only. I get everything on it. I asked for another double burger with just ketchup and mustard and got everything on it. Asked for a large soda with light ice, and even the Manager at the window who took my order asked again, "A Coke with light ice, right?" I said yes, and thank you. Guess what, I got more than half the drink with ice. So I will never eat here again. It is what it is, never again will I order from here. Just a warning if you want to eat here. Double-check before leaving.
I should have gone to Five Guys.

Haven't been to Steak n Shake in a while, so my wife and I stopped in. They don't have wait staff anymore, you just order through a kiosk which I'm ok with. The food itself was exceptional. Fries were nice and hot, and my burger was a expected, very good.

I haven't been in a while. Probably won't ever come back. Kiosks? A QR scanner for a drink? No more servers? Didn't get the order right. Used to be a half way decent place to go at random for some good food. Clearly that has changed.

I ordered a shake in the drive through. At the window I watch David who is the manager grab a cup and put something in. It spilled over his hands and he flipped back into cup with no gloves on. He then proceeded to fill the shake a little farther over. When he gave me the shake I said I would not take that one for sanitary reasons he denied this and slammed the window on me. I hope they have cameras because this just happened.
