and to the gentleman who said we don’t wash our hands.. we have about 7 sinks in the back which all have soap. you jus didn't know how to use the soap dispenser bc we went to the bathroom and checked it as soon as you said that. it’s not an automatic dispenser. also the young lady who came up to you is not the manager nor was she embarrassed.have a nice day tho.

I’m very happy with my order and the amazing quality of service here!
I ordered the original Steak ‘n Shake double burger meal for dinner. Requested only cheese, pickles and grilled onions on my burger. Upgraded my fry to an onion ring and chose cherry Coke for my drink. Everything was perfect, hot and fresh. Your night staff is great - friendly, quick and efficient.
I love that Steak n Shake uses only beef tallow to fry and grill food - it gives the burger...

Shout out to John on the grill!! He whipped up the best frisco melt I’ve had in a long time!! I could tell he took his time making it and genuinely takes pride in his work. 10/10 recommend this location and highly recommend John for a promotion! Definitely exceeded my expectations for my lunch today. Thankyou John
