Horrible customer service! I placed order a head of time and order was wrong. Called back to inform them and owner wanted sandwich back after I informed him i couldn’t go back it was my break. He said go to ANOTHER subway and hung up.. they didn’t answer call after either!

Worst subway ever. Guy at the cashier is always breathing down workers back. They don’t know how to make wraps!!!! Why did they warm up the chicken then just throw it onto the pita, I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to mix it with mayo then put it on cold. Then proceeded to make the wrap into a big taco. I’m so blew about this. Then they tweaked when the person behind came in with a coupon!

Just got charged 18 dollars for 8 pieces of turkey... No bun or condiments. The owner is either greedy or a scam artist. Made online order wrong as well ( 2 sandwiches)..Bullet holes in front door?

They do not listen and like to rush you out of the store. The place is owned and run by Indian associates that usually do not speak clear English so the language barrier is infuriating when trying to order

So I went in to order a tuna fish sandwich on wheat, obviously the guy didn't know what he was doing cuz he kept asking me what meat and I had to remind him again tuna and then it took him forever to even cut the bread. And everytime he filled the scooper of tuna he would scaped out the majority of the tuna out and gave me such a small portion of tuna it is literally just a vegetable sandwich with a butter knife spread amount of tuna... If you're going to charge me $14 for just a sandwich and then I expect my sandwich to actually have tuna fish. I will never patronize this location again I was very disappointed with the whole experience. If you're going to be cheap with the product then your prices need to be lower

Almost everyone is great here! Come here quiete often and they always get everything right. The only thing is the younger guy who I’m assuming is a trainer is a bit condescending and arrogant. Kind of sucks going to get your sandwich and all you hear is him being rude to his trainees. Like he’s better than all of them.

I live in south subs and have visited over 6 subways near me and Noone compares to the friendliness and service at the Joliet location on Jefferson.. when visiting family there I ALWAYS. Stop at their location.. Super job !! Keep.it up !!!!
