Ordered for pick up to take to the zoo and ordered the sauces on the side so the bread wouldn't get soggy - when picking up was told there was a charge for saues on the side? Really? It's the same sauce had it been put on the sandwich! PLUS the sandwiches had very little ingredients on them. Will not go go to this Subway again!

Avoid this Subway at 2892 Plainfield Rd. Joliet. Service attendant was rude and disrespectful to American Citizens. I may not be from India or Pakistan like the Subway male employee who disrespects Americans. Don't try to call educated Americans stupid. That can get you trouble.

The employee who was attending us was very mean, and we spent a lot for a lot of food and had the urge to say we couldn't dine in on suppose "rules." other reviews on this same restaurant also have the same review of how the employees are mean

Asked to sit down and eat a subway sandwich and got told no I can’t eat here
Came in today for lunch during work. Had a foot long I ordered online, my name was wrong on the order and the app made up a random name that wasn’t mine so we had a hard time confirming the order was mine. Especially because none of these people spoke decent English to understand what I was explaining. Then I get home later and sit on the toilet for 2 hours wondering why my stomach hurt so bad and why I kept tasting the food in my throat. Probably some old meat or old expired veggies. Either way this food was horrible and had me thinking I had food poisoning. Never eating lunch here again tbh.

They don’t respect coupons they have a hand written list of what they want you to get. The coupon doesn’t state a list of products. I let the guy behind the counter know and he said he didn’t care.
