the women that works there host id :JHT63D49NZVC9Z59 was so rude! because i got 2 sandwiches. i was very polite and slow and understanding . she made my food so sloppy because she was mad ??! and she had the worst attitude i was shocked!! the pizza she made i couldnt eat because she made it burnt and so much cheese. i will never go back to that location and she should reconsider having her as an employee.

Worst service I've ever had. When I went to pick up my drink cup I addicdently grabbed 2 cups and dropped one by accident trying to put it back. Instead of placing the dropped cup for everyone else to use back with the clean ones, I threw it away. And the cashier started yelling at me for dropping the cup by accident and how he should be charging me for a second drink.
Then he went on a rant apologizing if he messed up my sandwich and asking how id feel if I made a good sandwich and someone just starts throwing my stuff all over and that this will cause me bad karma

RUDEST SERVICE I have ever experienced at this Subway. I asked for a little more lettuce and onions in my sandwich to which she rudely yelled at me the words no I already made the sandwich. Even though I had asked prior to her even putting the sauces on she ignored me. I also observed her being extremely rude to the customer before me because she put the wrong meats on the sandwich and the customer politely asked for her to switch them, not to remake them, just switch. I do not understand the complete lack of respect and decency this employee has. It was the worst experience I have ever had at this Subway and most of the time the employees are very friendly, especially the other male employees. I do not know why she wanted to display this level of anger, but she did and for this I would not come back, unless it was a different employee that would help me. She caused a problem because I just asked for a little bit of onions and lettuce, which are technically considered unlimited toppings on their policy, but maybe this Subway is going through financial problems, so they cannot afford to put a few pieces.

Ordered for pick up to take to the zoo and ordered the sauces on the side so the bread wouldn't get soggy - when picking up was told there was a charge for saues on the side? Really? It's the same sauce had it been put on the sandwich! PLUS the sandwiches had very little ingredients on them. Will not go go to this Subway again!
