Grabbed some food late at night as were were just coming back from a long trip. The staff was friendly and got our order right with modifications the first time! We also loved the holiday cheer with fun hats and lights they had inside the restaurant. Great food and nice people!

We were traveling from NY to CO stopped to put some fuel and wanted some tacobell, I unfortunately didn't realize that they were quite busy, we were just trying to get something fast and leave. When I noticed they were behind I asked an employee if there was a chance I could just get a refund and explained why. The employees there were very nice and patient and made it possible fairly quickly. I hope they continue to set an example because they never once gave anyone else attitude or showed frustration.

I came to the drive thru on 01/18/25 at 8:13pm I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. The girl at the window was very Rude and unprofessional was acting like she hated her life she didnât even properly give me my change she dropped most of it handing it to me like there was something wrong with her!! I didnât receive an apology or anything it was the worst customer service ever they need better people at the window greeting customers, Send her to the back where loyal customers donât have to be treated bad because she hates her job and life.

Hours incorrect on website, happily still taking peopleâs money and then just saying theyâre closed while car after car pulls up. Criminal location that will no longer get my business. Order was placed before 3am and refused to be made, canât even work until the fake operating hours they decide themselves I guess. Sad world we live in full of lazy degenerates, really sick of it. :/

I always order out from this place and they have never gotten my order right once. I ask for sauces every time and I never receive 1 at least. When Iâm spending almost 50 dollars each order youâd think theyâd put some napkins in the bag. I also ordered 2 drinks and I didnât even get a straw like what kind of service is this, extremely irritating
I order all my food with meat and cheese only. There are always lettuce pieces in the cheese. I personally think lettuce is disgusting. So when I bite into some unknowingly, I feel like instantly vomiting ?. Do better, yall.

Horrible chicken chalupa the pita was definitely not fried. When I came back around the drive the the employee said I know I fried it I made it myself⌠hello donât argue with a customer lol she gave me another one and made a rude comment and shut the drive thru window. I ask for a manager she came to the window and said il speak with her.. guys attitude reflect your team your store definitely wonât be back !!!! Hopefully the district manager sees it needs to be addressed to the Taco Bell standards of its menu !
