Had an uber eats order with missing items , called the store for options .. Adriana said “you can come to the store and pick up what we forgot or get a refund through uber eats.” If you don’t like your job please don’t work!

Went in to empty store and both bathrooms were locked, so I sat to wait & the workers making light jokes about my wifes order in the drive in (she was taking a few minutes as we had some friends of my daughter with us traveling), only other thing was food was missing silverware. Things happen and she wasn't mad.

Good reminder that you may not know others circumstance. I would come back though.

I ordered 2 tacos no lettuce at drive thru. Went home sat down opened them up, full of lettuce. A crash out was brewing. I drove back and went inside and a gentleman assuming to be manager (I wish I got his name! Ugh) immediately apologized and corrected the wrongs. But he did it x10!! I left with not only my 2 tacos now lettuce free. But 3! AND.. a large Baja blast, chips with cheese, cinnamon twists, AND their Cinnabon desert balls. Mind was blown at the service I received! Taco Bell is in good hands with this manager 👏

I ordered on the mobile app and showed up 15 minutes later to pick up my order. 3 workers were outside smoking. I go in and the only person behind the counter didn’t know I placed an order. They hadn’t even started yet. Horrible service.

This is hands-down, the worst Taco Bell in the area. Went at 5 PM, ordered 3x 10 piece chicken nugget meals, paid and pulled away, and I checked the bag and lo and behold. I’m missing 20 nuggets and a fry. more than half my order… I pull back around and they asked to see my receipt as if I did not pull away 10 seconds before that. They give me my food, but very reluctantly. Drive home and I’m missing all my sauces. That’s my fault at that point I guess for not noticing it, but come on…

It's hard to believe but this location keeps getting worse. The staff is rude and when I was talking to the GM I couldn't even understand what he was saying. I wish I spoke Indian but I don't. The owner of this location needs a serious wake up call.

No one wants to take your order. The Mexican pizza was only filled halfway. Cheesey roll up had hardly any food. Taco Bell is usually great. This Joliet one is really bad. Took 15 plus minutes to get food.

Rude and unprofessional drive thru lady with the extra long hair had a nasty attitude for no reason, if you don’t like your job then quit. Can’t stand bitter people like her! 0/10 don’t recommend
