This is hands-down, the worst Taco Bell in the area. Went at 5 PM, ordered 3x 10 piece chicken nugget meals, paid and pulled away, and I checked the bag and lo and behold. I’m missing 20 nuggets and a fry. more than half my order… I pull back around and they asked to see my receipt as if I did not pull away 10 seconds before that. They give me my food, but very reluctantly. Drive home and I’m missing all my sauces. That’s my fault at that point I guess for not noticing it, but come on…

It's hard to believe but this location keeps getting worse. The staff is rude and when I was talking to the GM I couldn't even understand what he was saying. I wish I spoke Indian but I don't. The owner of this location needs a serious wake up call.

No one wants to take your order. The Mexican pizza was only filled halfway. Cheesey roll up had hardly any food. Taco Bell is usually great. This Joliet one is really bad. Took 15 plus minutes to get food.
Rude and unprofessional drive thru lady with the extra long hair had a nasty attitude for no reason, if you don’t like your job then quit. Can’t stand bitter people like her! 0/10 don’t recommend

Took 15 mins for a $7 lux box. No heat inside. Line worker told me drive thru orders placed 10 mins after I ordered will be completed before mine

Drove here to arrive at 2:50am. To only be told they are only doing "delivery" orders. I'll come back another time when I'm in the area. However, being open and not taking drive thru orders defeats the purpose.

Went tonight at 12:30 after a long long day of work. I haven't been in a bit so I was reviewing over menu, while reviewing the menu I was asked if I needed to come in. I didn't feel like I was taking a long time. All I said was give me just a second I am looking over the menu. I found a deal that I wanted and asked for my taco to be regular crunchy instead of Doritos style. I was then asked if the screen was okay. She never said it was okay so I asked again about the change out. All She said is the screen okay. I said okay and then asked her if she had sprite type of beverage and she didn't turn off her speaker and I heard her complaining to the customer she had at window about me. This lady doesn't know what she wants. I again asked do they have a sprite type of pop for my beverage and she said is the screen okay. I was like wth lady listen to me and knock off the attitude. I pulled up and she didn't open the window so i drove off. I think this was the worst customer experience I ever had at this location. I can see if they had a long line but they didn't. I can see if I didn't ask a question and never got a answer except if the screen okay. Please train your late night shift on being more friendly to customers. For the lady with long black hair will scare people away.

Food still the same but rude staff, dirty lobby and wait times are incredible. Kept overhearing the staff cussing each other out and getting attitudes. They seem to only care about the drive thru because I literally saw about 15 orders go out the window before I received mine in the lobby 20 minutes later. People in the lobby don't deserve quick food I guess. It's hard to believe that this place seems to be getting worse and worse. Oh, but they gave me a coupon for a 'get a free taco with purchase.'. 😂 😂. I'll be using that at another location. Good riddance.

Worst taco bell i have been to. You have to slide your feet so you don't slip in the lobby. I wanted to dine in but they had no lights on inside lobby. Lady who seemed to be the manager was very rude. Then to top it off worst food I've ever eaten bearly warm cheese seemed like it was still frozen.
This location is soooo dirty. Please clean
