Tacos El Tio Reviews
Terrible customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and got the buy one get one free 2 taco dinner as advertised on Uber for me and my guest. Got one taco dinner. Called the store and was spoken rudely by a woman who could hardly speak English. Then put on hold and hung up on after 15 minutes. Called back repeatedly for over an hour and was sent to Voicemail which was full. They knew my number and kept rejecting the call. How can you send calls to Voicemail for an hour when...read full review

Tacos El Tio is a 24-hour restaurant that serves delicious tacos and Jamaican water. The tacos come in a variety of fillings, including el pastor, steak with cilantro and onion, and chicken with cilantro and onion. The steak and pork tacos are particularly flavorful, though the chicken taco is a bit lacking in taste. The restaurant has a small dining area with decent music, and while the service can be a bit slow at times, they are quick to address any concerns. The parking lot is small, so drivers need to be cautious when entering and exiting. Customers appreciate the clean environment and friendly staff, with one mentioning that the guy working at the counter was nice when they got their food. The restaurant offers good customer service, including refunds or replacements if needed. The food quality is generally good, and the restaurant is known for having the best flan ever. However, there have been issues with slow service, no public restrooms, and some problems with Uber Eats orders, including rude responses and missed deals. Chips and salsa are not served before meals, so ordering ahead and picking up might be a good option for some.
