My family and I want for the first time it’s was good. My bill was $37.28 and I pay with $100. She give me back $2.73 I told if I could get my receipt and she said no. I told her if I could get a manager. Don’t worry I will give to right now. Just be careful with your change.

We ordered seperate but she insisted on combining the ticket, the tacos are over 4 bucks a piece, not 3 for four like the picture depicts. Ordered a large horchata, 7.49 +9,00 cause its large. Pull out your wallrtcause you eill need every penny. Overpriced food

Terrible service. Ordered the buy one get one free from Uber for 2 taco dinner....they deliver one. Then I called there and was spoken to rudely and put on hold and hung up. When I called back repeatedly they put me to Voicemail which was full. Unacceptable business practices. Shady East side Joliet BS. I contacted Uber and made a formal complaint and told them they don't need a business like this on Uber Eats. Pass this restaurant up. The one meal we got was horrible to add to the situation. Horrible service.

I went inside and got my food, there were a couple customers eating, and the place looked pretty clean… the guy working at the counter was nice when I got my food. I got a 2 for 1 chicken taco dinner, and most of my food was fine, but one of the limes was dried out, and then at the end of me eating my second taco, I bit into a little piece of red plastic, I thought it was lettuce, or a piece of tomato at first l, but it wasn’t. I called them and let them know, they apologized and offered me a refund or a replacement. That’s good customer service and the way it’s supposed to be.

Terrible customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and got the buy one get one free 2 taco dinner as advertised on Uber for me and my guest. Got one taco dinner. Called the store and was spoken rudely by a woman who could hardly speak English. Then put on hold and hung up on after 15 minutes. Called back repeatedly for over an hour and was sent to Voicemail which was full. They knew my number and kept rejecting the call. How can you send calls to Voicemail for an hour when you're open for phone orders? Nope 👎 Terrible customer service. How can you advertise a special then not deliver? Then blow off that customer. Unacceptable. Me and my guest shared a two taco dinner. I've got a case filed with Uber for fraud.

No public restrooms. Our food was good, but the service was slow. Chips and salsa were not served pre meal, which would have helped with the wait. Id recommend ordering ahead and picking up if you have that option.
