Food was really good, had the tamales in banana leaf, really good and tamales in corn was good also. No complaints here 25 bucks for the tamales.
Parking: Plenty of room to park. Entrance/exit was a tight when other vehicles are leaving. But plenty of space not busy at all.

I’ve been craving tamales so drive by so I stopped and decided to give them a try. I ordered 3 green in salsa verde and 3 of pork in salsa roja. They were all pretty dry & had way too much chicken . They did not provide any salsas or like the place I normally go to provide a side of cut of lettuce and tomatoes. I should have said yes when she asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt because I clearly remember her said my total was $17 and some change & I was charged $20 and some change so she clearly charged her self the tip. I’m not going to sit here and call and complain because I don’t have the proof but I will not be returning .

In the past, I saw that people recommend this place for tamales. I moved from the city about 4 years ago and this place is about 35 minutes from my house. I ordered a chicken mole tamale and got 2 salsa Verde. The lady that took care of me was not someone to be in the front of the house. She was very "antipatica" bland attitude not wanting to be there at all. I did not call them to complain because the tamales I had picked up around 1030AM November 15th 2024 it was 6pm when we actually ate them. Now what I will say they definitely were good. Service and atmosphere sucked. But I can't deny the tamale was good.

I brought my sister in law here who is from Mexico City. She lives in Cozumel currently. The food here is AMAZING. The lady that runs the register was super kind and answered all our questions. Then we proceeded to order up! I can’t wait to go back. Short rib tamales and chicken in mole tamales are my new favorite.
I live in Mexico and I have not found tamales as good as these ones in years!!! Next time I’m in town I’ll bring some with me!!! Delicious, great flavor, texture, and the champurrado 🥲 it reminded me of my mom.
Good and tasty food with reasonable rates .

I came on a recommendation, I couldn't try them since they didn't even have change when paying, I didn't have change for any ticket, and even though the card raised the price, they already raised the price and they are worth 3 and the Oaxacans are 3.75, I had a bad experience

I love tamales, and this place does not disappoint. The tamales are full of meat and flavor. The masa is soft and moist. The chicken mole Oaxaca style is phenomenal. The regular tamales are $2.50 each, and the Oaxaca tamales are $3.50 each. Credit card pricing is higher. The pepper and cheese tamale took me by surprise since they were bell peppers, onions, and cheese (not spicy like I'm used to). Highly recommend this place if you live tamales. They don't sell anything else - that's how you know it's good!
