This was my first trip to this restaurant as I was craving tamales and googled a place near me. The lady was very friendly and greeted me right away. I didn't wait a long time and the tamales were hot! The outside of the tamales were not done all the way and was mushy and one was runny😫. I'll try again in a few months.
Picked up food. Was greeted by a friendly person food was great. I am heavy eater and 3 tamales filled me up plenty. My stomach said stop but my taste buds said give me more. Nice heavy with a thick masa and a good balance of meat. I really enjoyed the queso con rajas and puerco (pork). The masa may be white but the seasoning in the meat makes up for it. You may think the price is high but the tamale is worth it. No disrespect to the people trying to make an honest extra dollar...
I've been getting tamales from Korrina since before she opened shop. Her tamales are BAR NONE! I can't speak highly enough about her tamales! I'm so happy to see she opened her own place. Congrats!
